RA-DV Dynamic Valve™ Demounting Tool

Safety Precautions

Warning: Turn OFF the pump before starting. Ensure the pressure is a maximum of 3 bar.

Required Tools and Parts

The demounting process requires specific tools, including those with M10 and M18 fittings, and the Service set 013G7831, which includes parts labeled a) through e).

Demounting Procedure

1. Attach the demounting tool to the valve assembly.

2. Remove spare part 'b' by unscrewing it.

3. Using an M10 tool, unscrew a component from the valve.

4. Remove a component using the tool.

5. Remove another component.

6. Remove a component using an M18 tool.

7. Prepare for demounting in either a straight or angle configuration.

8. Perform a sequence of actions: disconnect part 1, then part 2, followed by part 3. Continue by removing parts 4, 6, and 5.

9. Rotate a component as indicated by the arrow, then remove it. A 'Click' sound may be heard.

10. Remove spare part 'c', then use the tool to engage and remove another component.

11. A 'Click' indicates successful engagement. Remove the component.

12. Follow the sequence: insert part 1, then part 2, followed by part 4. Part 3 is also involved in this step.

13. Remove the final component using the tool.

14. Perform a final sequence of actions involving parts 3, 4, and 5. Use an M18 tool for one of the steps.

15. Completely remove the component using the tool.
