Installation and Dimensions
Standard Installation
The standard installation sections detail the required clearances and dimensions for built-in column units. Diagrams illustrate front and side views, showing typical placements within cabinetry.
42" Built-in Columns Retrofit Installation
Front View: Shows the appliance front with a finished return. Key dimensions include a total width of 41 1/2 inches (105.4 cm), with a 3 1/2 inch (8.9 cm) finished return. The depth is 24 inches (60.9 cm).
Side View: Illustrates the side profile. The minimum height requirement is 83 1/2 inches (212.1 cm) and the maximum is 84 1/2 inches (214.6 cm), accounting for trim overlap of an additional 7/16 inch. The electrical area is positioned 75 inches (190.5 cm) from the floor. Water connection is indicated.

48" Built-in Columns Retrofit Installation
Front View: Similar to the 42" model, showing the appliance front with a finished return. Key dimensions include a total width of 47 1/2 inches (120.7 cm), with a 3 1/2 inch (8.9 cm) finished return. The depth is 24 inches (60.9 cm).
Side View: The side profile shows minimum height of 83 1/2 inches (212.1 cm) and maximum of 84 1/2 inches (214.6 cm), with trim overlap. The electrical area is 75 inches (190.5 cm) from the floor. Water connection is indicated.

Installation Notes and Requirements
Helpful Tips: Recommend a minimum 3 1/2" (8.9) finished return enclosing the cabinet exterior for all sizes and top front opening. For side-by-side installations, a 2" wide finished return is recommended. Units can be plugged into the nearest dedicated supply workspace.
Attention Electrician: A 115 volt, 60 Hz, 15 or 20 amp supply is recommended for each product. Installation requires a properly grounded, strong electrical receptacle installed in the back wall. Refer to wiring diagrams for exact connections.
