Cascaded Connection

Multiple hubs can be cascaded to expand the number of headsets. Two cascade methods are supported: cascade via 4-wire analog signals and cascade via IP digital signals. It is recommended to cascade two hubs using 4-wire analog signals and three or more hubs using IP digital signals.

Use a CAT5e cable for cascade, adhering to the 568B standard for the RJ45 interface. The maximum length for a standard network cable is 300 meters.

Two-System Cascaded Connection via the 4-Wire Interface

Connect two hubs via the 4-wire interface using a standard network cable (up to 300 meters).

4-Wire Settings for Cascaded Hubs

After connecting two hubs with a network cable, select 4 Wire > Line Sequence Switching on both hubs. Set one hub to 'Standard' and the other to 'Cross'.

Two-System Cascaded Connection via the IP Network

Connect two hubs via the RJ45 interface using a standard network cable (up to 300 meters).

M & R Mode Settings

Connect two hubs via a network cable. On one hub, select M & R > Master Device. On the other hub, select M & R > Remote Device > Scan, then select the master hub's IP address. Ensure that 'Obtain an IP address automatically' is turned OFF in Network > Wired Network Setting on both hubs.

Three-System Cascaded Connection via the IP Network

It is recommended to use IP network connection for cascading three hubs. Select Master Device on one hub and Remote Device on the other two hubs.

Master Headset Startup

  1. Install the battery by sliding the cover lock, opening the cover, placing the battery, and closing the cover.
  2. Turn on the master headset and remote headsets. The indicator light stops flashing and stays ON when the master headset is successfully connected with the remote headsets. (Red nameplate: Master headset, Blue nameplate: Remote headset).
  3. Turn on the microphone. Rotate the microphone boom upwards clockwise (80°, 85°, 110°) or counterclockwise.

The Solidcom C1 Pro system is now ready for use.

Pairing

The master headset is paired with the remote headsets at the factory. Manual pairing is only required when a new headset is added. Ensure all headsets are turned ON and connected during pairing.

Pairing steps:

  1. Press and hold the A button on both the master headset and remote headsets for 5 seconds. Pairing is complete when the indicator light on each microphone boom stops flashing and stays ON.
  2. One master headset can be paired with up to 7 remote headsets.

The Solidcom C1 Pro is highly versatile and can be applied in a variety of usage scenarios. For more information, visit: https://hollyland-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/360005064994-Download.
