The Solidcom C1 full-duplex wireless intercom headset system adopts the advanced DECT 6.0 technology, representing Hollyland's first true wireless and self-contained headset communication solution with exceptional sound clarity. The system operates in the 1.9GHz band, providing a reliable transmission range up to 1100ft (350m) radius (Line-of-Sight). This Quick Guide will guide you through the installation and use of the equipment.

Product Interfaces
A. Headset Interface
The headset features several controls and connection points:
- ① Power/Connection Indicator: A small LED indicator.
- ② Microphone: Mute/unmute by moving the microphone boom up/down.
- ③ USB Type-C Interface: Used for firmware upgrades.
- ④ Power Toggle: Button to turn the device on/off.
- ⑤ Volume + Button: Increases volume.
- ⑥ Volume - Button: Decreases volume.
- ⑦ A Button: Long press for 5 seconds to pair devices.
- ⑧ B Button: Functions only when used with the HUB station.
- ⑨ Battery Compartment: Location for the battery.
- ⑩ Speaker: The earpiece component.
B. Charging Case Interface
The charging case is used to charge batteries and store components:
- ① Charging Indicator: Displays charging status (Orange: Charging in progress; Green: Fully charged).
- ② Charging Contacts: Points within the battery slots that connect to the batteries for charging.
- ③ DC Charging Interface: Port for connecting the power adapter.
Quick Guide
1. Install the Battery
Follow these steps to install the battery:
- Step 1: Slide the battery compartment cover lock.
- Step 2: Open the cover.
- Step 3: Place the battery into the compartment and close the battery cover.
2. Turn on the Master Headset and Remote Headsets
Ensure the headsets are powered on. The Master Headset is identified by a red nameplate, and Remote Headsets by a blue nameplate.
Status Indicators:
- Indicator Light Flashes Green: Disconnected (for Remote Headsets).
- Indicator Light Stays Green: Remote Headset(s) connection successful. The Master Headset's indicator light will light up when turned on.
- Indicator Light Flashes Red: Low battery level.
3. Turn on Microphone
The microphone can be muted or unmuted by adjusting the microphone boom's position:
- Mute Range: When the microphone boom is moved upward clockwisely to an angle of approximately 80° to 85° from the horizontal, the microphone is muted.
- Talk Range: When the microphone boom is positioned downward, typically within an angle of 110° from the horizontal, the microphone is active (in talk mode).
4. Pairing
All Remote Headsets and the Master Headset included in a package will auto-pair out of the box. Manual pairing is only necessary when adding a new headset to the system.
- Long press the 'A' buttons on the Master Headset and Remote Headsets for 5 seconds. The indicator lights on the headsets' microphone booms will flash green. Wait for the device to complete the pairing process.
- The indicator lights on the headsets' microphone booms will turn static green when pairing is successful.
- One Master Headset can be paired with a maximum of 7 Remote Headsets.
5. System Ready
The Solidcom C1 system is now ready for use.
