The Solidcom SE system typically includes the following components:

Headset Components:

Indicator Introduction

• [info] Disconnected*: Slowly flashing green light.
• [info] Pairing: Rapidly flashing green light.
• [info] TALK Status: Solid green light.
• [info] MUTE Status: Solid red light.
• [info] Low Battery: Slowly flashing red light.
• [info] USB-C Charging:
  • A. Charging While Powered On: Slowly flashing yellow light for 3s before returning to the former light.
  • B. Charging While Powered Off: Slowly flashing yellow light.
• [info] USB-C Fully Charged: Solid yellow light.
• [info] Upgrading: Alternately flashing red and green light.

* While disconnected, the remote headset shows slowly flashing green light while the master headset shows solid green light.

Notification Sound Introduction

• [info] Low Battery: Indicates low battery level.
• [info] Ding: Indicates maximum volume.
• [info] Tick: Indicates the mic boom is in position for mic on or off.
• [info] Connected: Device connected.
• [info] Disconnected: Device disconnected.
• [info] Unmuted: Microphone is on.
• [info] Muted: Microphone is off.

Operations

Installing and removing the battery

To install the battery, place it into the battery compartment.

To remove the battery, press the battery compartment button to pop it out.

Turning on the device and confirming connection

1. Toggle the power switch to turn on the headsets.
2. The indicator light changing from flashing green to solid green indicates a successful connection.
3. The master headset has a brown headband, while the remote headset has a black headband.

Turning on the microphone

The microphone can be positioned for optimal use:

• Clockwise: TALK at 85°, MUTE at 80°, with a 110° TALK range.
• Counterclockwise: TALK at 85°, MUTE at 80°, with a 110° TALK range.

Headset Pairing

All remote headsets are pre-paired with the master headset at the factory and are ready to use upon power-on. Pairing is only necessary when adding new headsets to an existing system. Ensure that the master headset and all remote headsets are powered on while pairing.

1. Long press the volume + button on both the master and remote headsets for 5 seconds; the indicator lights will flash rapidly.
2. The indicator lights turning solid indicates successful connection.
3. One master headset can connect to up to seven remote headsets.
