Assembly Steps
Step A: Apply Felt Pads
Diagram A shows Part 2. Apply felt pads (labeled '14') to the bottom of Part 2. Four felt pads are indicated with arrows pointing towards the bottom surface of Part 2.
Step B: Initial Assembly
Diagram B shows Parts 1, 2, 8, 9, 11, and 12. This step involves connecting these parts. Text references "Step 20 of the LEGO® manual" and "Step 70 of the LEGO® manual".
Note for Step 20: When connecting the blue pins, ensure the short ends are facing inside the stand.
Note for Step 70: When placing the grey pegs, reverse the direction so the red connectors are on the outside of the stand.
Step C: Main Case Structure
Diagram C shows Parts 4, 6, 7, and 13 being assembled to form the main structure of the display case.
Step E: Modifying the LEGO Stand
Diagram E illustrates modifications to the LEGO stand. On both sides of the LEGO stand, remove the grey pegs and the red connectors. On the right side, remove the 1x9 Technic® beams and the 4 blue pins.
To remove the LEGO set, hold the internal handle and lift the LEGO® set (75252) off.
Step F: Preparing for Display
Diagram F shows the completed LEGO set. Remove the 4 pieces illustrated above (referring to the pieces removed in Step E) to allow placement of the LEGO® set onto the display stand.
Step G: Attaching to LEGO Set
Diagram G shows Parts 8 and 9. The two stems on these parts fit onto specific Technic® pieces within the LEGO® set. These connections are detailed on page 61 of the LEGO® instruction manual.
Step H: Finalizing Stand Attachment
Diagram H shows Part 10. Once the LEGO® set is placed onto your display stand, slot Part 10 into Parts 8 and 9.
Step I: Securing the LEGO Set
Diagram I shows the LEGO® set secured on the display stand. Place the removed pieces (from Step E) back onto the top of the LEGO® set.
Step J: Final Assembly
Diagram J shows Parts 2, 3, and 5. Attach Part 2 before assembling Part 3.
