Induction Cooking

This electric cooking plate is suitable for cooking and heating food using special pots and pans. The induction hob creates a magnetic field at the base of the cookware, inducing electric currents that heat the food inside. This transfers almost all absorbed power to the container, minimizing heat loss. The cooking surface remains cool, enhancing safety.

Suitable Pots, Pans, and Vessels:

  • Polished, cast iron, iron, stainless steel with iron base, aluminum alloy with iron base.
  • The base of the cookware must be flat.

Not Suitable for Pots, Pans, and Vessels:

  • Copper, glass, ceramic, aluminum.
  • Cookware with a rounded base or diameter less than 8 cm.
