Introduction
This manual provides important information regarding the installation, use, and maintenance of the G3 Ferrari G10047 "Hi-Tech Chef" Double Induction Hob. Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Use the product only as instructed in this manual. Any other use is considered improper and dangerous, and the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse.
Safety Instructions
General Warnings:
- Before use, ensure the appliance is undamaged. If in doubt, do not use it and contact an authorized service center.
- Keep packaging materials away from children as they can be a source of danger.
- Ensure the appliance's rating information is compatible with your electricity grid.
- Use adapters, multiple sockets, and extensions that comply with current safety standards. Do not exceed their power consumption limits.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use and always disconnect from power supply if left unattended.
- Cleaning operations should be performed after unplugging the unit.
- If the unit is out of order and you do not wish to repair it, make it inoperable by cutting the power cord.
- Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with sharp objects or hot surfaces. Do not pull the cord to disconnect the plug.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord, plug, or internal wiring is damaged. Seek repair from an authorized service center.
- Do not handle or touch the appliance with wet hands or bare feet.
- Do not expose the appliance to adverse weather conditions (rain, moisture, frost, etc.). Store it in a dry place.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instruction on safe use.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years.
- The appliance includes a heating function. Surfaces other than functional surfaces may develop high temperatures. Use with CAUTION. Hold the appliance only by the intended grip surfaces.
- This appliance is intended for household and similar applications (e.g., staff kitchen areas, hotels, B&Bs).
- The appliance is not designed to be operated by an external timer or remote control system.
- Before each use, unroll the power cord.
- Do not use near or under flammable materials (like curtains), heat, cold spots, and steam.
- Use only original spare parts and accessories.
- Do not subject the product to strong impacts.
CAUTION: DANGER OF FIRE
- Do not use on metal tables or surfaces, cooking stoves, hobs, refrigerators, freezers, or other surfaces with metal inside.
- The induction functioning may heat the metal surface on which the appliance is used, potentially making it incandescent. Verify that no metal objects are underneath the appliance before use.
General Information:
- Do not operate with empty pots or pans. Do not overheat the pot or pan.
- Do not place aluminum foil, paper, or flammable materials between the cooking plate and the pot/pan.
- Do not move the appliance during cooking or with hot items on it.
- Handle freshly-cooked food with care.
- Use only pots or containers suitable for induction cooking and appropriate for the size of the cooking plate.
- Place the cooking plate on a stable surface, leaving adequate space (5 to 10cm) at the sides. Do not obstruct ventilation.
- Do not use as a storage shelf for objects.
- Do not use with an implanted pacemaker.
- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Prevent water or other liquids from flowing onto the cooking surfaces.
- Once finished, unplug the unit and wait for it to cool before storing or cleaning. Clean with a soft sponge.
- Due to the high power, do not use multiple outlet adapters.
- Place the appliance away from equipment affected by electromagnetic fields (TV, radios, magnetic cards, etc.).
- Do not operate if the cooking crystal surface is damaged.
- Do not touch the cooking surface during use as it gets heated by the pot.
- Turn off the appliance using the ON/OFF button, not by removing the cooking container.
Operating Instructions
1) Cooking with power regulation:
- Touch the “Select” button below the desired hob. The unit turns on, displaying “1200W” (large hob) or “1000W” (small hob).
- Use “Max” and “Min” buttons to set power to maximum or minimum.
- Use “+” and “-” buttons to adjust power and heat output.
- Power levels for the large hob: 500, 800, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000 W.
- Power levels for the small hob: 500, 800, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1500 W.
- After cooking, press ON/OFF to turn off the appliance. The display shows “Lo”.
1A) Timer after power regulation:
- Press “Select” during cooking. The “time” indicator will flash, and the display will show “0”.
- Use “+” and “-” to set the cooking duration up to 180 minutes.
- The set time will be displayed for a few seconds.
- During cooking, the selected power and remaining time are shown. Cooking stops automatically when the timer expires.
2) Cooking with temperature regulation:
- Press “Select” 3 times until the “Temp” indicator lights up, showing “240”.
- Use “+” and “-” to select the desired temperature (10 levels, 60°C to 240°C).
2A) Timer after temperature regulation:
- Press “Select” a fourth time. The “time” indicator will flash, and the display will show “0”.
- Use “+” and “-” to set the cooking duration up to 180 minutes.
- The set time will be displayed for a few seconds.
- During cooking, the selected temperature and remaining time are shown. Cooking stops automatically when the timer expires.
- Points 1), 1A), 2), 2A) apply to both hobs.
Key Lock
To lock the keypad, simultaneously press the “+” and “-” buttons. The display will show “L” for lock. To unlock, press “+” and “-” simultaneously again.
Safety Device
The unit automatically shuts off if no pan is detected, if a pan is removed, or if the pan material is unsuitable for induction cooking. The unit will beep for 30 seconds and enter standby mode showing “Lo”. The fan runs for approximately 60 seconds after turning off with ON/OFF to cool the unit.
Error Messages
Error | Cause | Solution |

E02 | Crystal plate overheating. | Allow the plate to cool for a few seconds. Restart operation when the plate is cool. |
E03 | High or low voltage. | Connect to a suitable electrical power outlet. |
Cleaning
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Do not immerse in water or expose to running tap water. Avoid water or liquids flowing onto the cooking surfaces. Do not use abrasive or metal sponges. Clean with a damp sponge.
