General Information & Usage

• Do not use the appliance as a heating unit.
• Do not insert anything into the ventilation windows.

Operating Controls

The oven features several controls:

• Cooking Selection Switch (6): Selects heating elements (lower, upper, both) and fan.
• Temperature Control Knob (5): Sets temperature from 40°C to 300°C.
• Timer Control Knob (7): Sets cooking time from 0 to 90 minutes. Rotating counter-clockwise keeps the oven on indefinitely.
• Working Light (8): Indicates when the oven is operating.

Preheating: Preheat the oven for 15 minutes before cooking without food. Set the timer, desired temperature, and cooking function.

Cooking: Place food on the tray, round pan, or oven rack. Ensure the tray is placed under the grill to catch drips. Check food periodically. Open the door quickly to minimize heat loss. At the end of cooking, the timer will beep. Turn temperature to minimum and cooking switch to OFF.

Yogurt Function: Specific settings are provided for making yogurt.
