Tips for Use
On first use, it is recommended to thoroughly wash all parts that will come into contact with the ice cream (the fixed bowl, the removable bowl, the mixing paddle, the transparent lid, the refill cover, measuring cup, and spoon).
Prepare the ingredients according to your own traditional recipe or follow the suggestions in the recipe section.
It is not necessary to freeze the bowl in advance in a freezer, as this ice-cream maker is equipped with a built-in compressor that freezes the ingredients during use.

1. Basic Operations
- [POWER] Button: Press to turn on the machine. The LCD displays "60:00", indicating the default operating time is 60 minutes.
- [TIME+] [TIME-] Buttons: Press once to increase (+) or decrease (-) the time by 1 minute. Holding the [TIME+] button increases time rapidly; holding [TIME-] decreases it rapidly. You can set the operating time according to your preference.
- [START/STOP] Button: After setting the time, press [START/STOP] to start the process. The LCD backlight stays on. During ice cream making, you can press [START/STOP] to check or pause the mixing blade (the compressor continues to run). Note: Pressing for more than 3 seconds will reset the unit to default status. When the countdown ends, the operation stops automatically, the unit emits a sound, and the LCD displays "00:00" with the backlight flickering.
2. Extended Cooling Function

Whenever the machine is running, you can adjust the operating time by pressing the [TIME+] or [TIME-] buttons. Pressing [TIME+] once increases the time by 1 minute. Holding [TIME+] speeds up the time increase (maximum settable time is 60 minutes). Pressing [TIME-] once decreases the time by 1 minute. Holding [TIME-] speeds up the decrease (minimum settable time is 1 minute). When the preset time finishes (e.g., 60 minutes) and the unit stops and returns to standby mode, if you desire a harder consistency, you can select an operating time again by pressing the [TIME +/-] buttons.
4. LCD Display
The LCD display shows the countdown (E), the freezing temperature (C), and the freezing (B) and mixing (A) icons. During the ice cream making process, the LCD display shows both these icons. When the mixing function is paused or during the extended cooling function, only the freezing icon is displayed.
Suggestions
Since ice expands as it forms, to avoid overflow and waste of ice cream, ensure the ingredients do not exceed 60% of the removable bowl capacity.
Once the process is finished, remove the ice cream from the bowl using a plastic scoop or a wooden spoon. Do not use a metal scoop, as it could easily scratch the removable bowl.
CAUTION: To avoid the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the unit from the electrical wall outlet before serving.
Cleaning
WARNING: Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance and power cable in water.
- Clean the exterior with a non-abrasive damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive or aggressive detergents or cleaning agents. The cloth should not be too wet, as if water penetrates the appliance, it can seriously damage it.
- Wash the removable bowl (3), the blade (8), the lid (1), and the transparent cover (2) in warm water, rinse, and dry them thoroughly before reassembling.
