Assembly Steps
Step 1
Identify the bottom shelf (perforated tray) and two side frames. Insert two connectors into the designated holes on one side of the bottom shelf. Attach one side frame to these connectors. Repeat for the other side of the bottom shelf and the second side frame. Ensure the frames are oriented correctly.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows a perforated tray and two upright frames being attached to its sides using connectors.
Step 2
Take the first middle shelf (perforated tray). Insert two connectors into the designated holes on one side of the middle shelf. Attach this shelf to the corresponding points on the already assembled side frames. Repeat for the other side. The diagram indicates a "Click!" sound when properly seated.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows a perforated tray being attached to the side frames with connectors, with a close-up showing a "Click!" indication.
Step 3
Take the second middle shelf (solid tray). Insert two connectors into the designated holes on one side of this shelf. Attach this shelf to the corresponding points on the side frames. Repeat for the other side. The diagram indicates a "Click!" sound when properly seated.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows a solid tray being attached to the side frames with connectors, with a close-up showing a "Click!" indication.
Step 4
Take the top shelf (perforated tray). Insert two connectors into the designated holes on one side of the top shelf. Attach this shelf to the corresponding points on the side frames. Repeat for the other side. The diagram indicates a "Click!" sound when properly seated.

Step 5
Identify the two longer side panels. Insert 8 screws (part 190419) using the Allen key (part 190094) to secure these panels to the assembled frame structure. Ensure the screws are tightened properly but not overtightened. The diagram shows the Allen key turning screws into the frame.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows the Allen key being used to screw in 8 screws to attach two long side panels to the trolley frame. A close-up shows the screw and Allen key action.
Step 6
Insert 8 nuts (part 10051663) into the designated holes on the bottom of the trolley frame. These are likely for attaching the wheels or stabilizing the base.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows 8 nuts being inserted into the bottom of the frame.
Step 7
Attach the four wheels (part 10054852) to the bottom of the trolley. The wheels screw into the frame, likely using the nuts inserted in the previous step or directly into threaded holes. The diagram shows wheels being attached to the base.
Visual Aid: Diagram shows the trolley base with four wheels being attached.
Step 8
Final check: Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the trolley is stable. The wheels should allow for smooth movement. The diagram shows the completed trolley with "Click!" indications on the top, suggesting final connections are secure.
