Setup

All hardware is included. Setup requires a Phillips screwdriver (not included).

Locate Dispenser

Notice: Do NOT plug the power cord into the wall outlet until instructed.

  1. Place the dispenser upright.
  2. Locate the dispenser on a hard, level surface in a cool, shaded area near a ground fault interrupting receptacle.
  3. Position the dispenser so its back is at least 4 inches from the wall and there are at least 4 inches of clearance on both sides for airflow.

Install Bracket

CAUTION: The dispenser must be securely anchored to the wall as shown to prevent accidental tip hazard.

  1. Clip the bracket onto the back right corner of the dispenser.
  2. Install the plastic anchor directly into sheetrock using a Phillips screwdriver. Do NOT drill a hole first when using this anchor.
  3. Secure by installing the screw through the bracket and into the anchor.

Note: Remove the screw to free the dispenser for cleaning or relocating.

Install Drip Tray & Grid

  1. Remove the drip tray and grid from protective packaging.
  2. Slide the drip tray assembly into position until it is secure.

Install Water Bottle

Requires standard 3, 4, or 5-gallon water dispenser bottles (bottle not included). Visit www.PrimoWater.com to find Primo Water retailers.

  1. Remove the tamper seal from the top of the bottle cap. Do NOT remove the plastic cap.
  2. Clean the bottle cap and neck with a cloth and warm, soapy water, then rinse.

Hot water will be available in 15-20 minutes after setup.

  1. Position a bottle, glass, pitcher, or cooking pot below the spout.
  2. Slide the red button away from you and depress the control downward to start water flow. ▶️

Maintenance

For best taste, performance, and hygiene, clean the cold tank at least every 3 months. Clean the cabinet, controls, and spout each time you change the water bottle. Empty and clean the drip tray as needed.

To minimize mineral deposits, use only high-quality purified bottled water, such as Primo.
