Product Assembly
Important: Check the package contents before getting started!
STEP 1
- Panel 1 (400X330X15mm) - 2PCS
- Panel 8 (360X20X20mm) - 2PCS
- Screw A3 (8x30) - 8PCS
Attach two '400X330X15mm' panels (1) to the sides of two '360X20X20mm' panels (8) using eight '8x30' screws (A3). The diagram shows panels (1) being positioned and screws (A3) inserted.
STEP 2
- Panel 10 (587X400X20mm) - 2PCS
- Screw A7 (M6X13mm) - 4PCS
Secure two '587X400X20mm' panels (10) to the top and bottom of the frame using four 'M6X13mm' screws (A7) on each panel. The diagram shows panels (10) being attached to the top and bottom of the frame.
STEP 3
- Panel 3 (400X333X15mm) - 1PC
- Screw A2 (M5X45mm) - 4PCS
Attach the '400X333X15mm' back panel (3) to the frame using four 'M5X45mm' screws (A2). The diagram shows the back panel (3) being secured.
STEP 4
- Panel 5 (338X311X3mm) - 1PC
Slide the '338X311X3mm' panel (5) into the designated slot in the frame. The diagram shows panel (5) sliding into place.
STEP 5
- Panel 1 (400X330X15mm) - 2PCS
- Screw A2 (M5X45mm) - 4PCS
Attach the two '400X330X15mm' side panels (1) to the frame using four 'M5X45mm' screws (A2) per panel. The diagram shows the side panels (1) being attached.
STEP 6
- Panel 8 (360X20X20mm) - 1PC
Slide the '360X20X20mm' panel (8) into its slot in the frame. The diagram shows panel (8) sliding into place.
STEP 7
- Screw A1 (M6X35mm) - 2PCS
Insert two 'M6X35mm' screws (A1) into the pre-drilled holes on the frame. The diagram shows screws (A1) being inserted.
STEP 8
- Panel 8 (360X20X20mm) - 1PC
Slide the '360X20X20mm' panel (8) into its slot in the frame. The diagram shows panel (8) sliding into place.
STEP 9
- Screw A1 (M6X35mm) - 2PCS
Insert two 'M6X35mm' screws (A1) into the pre-drilled holes on the frame. The diagram shows screws (A1) being inserted.
STEP 10
- Panel 9 (360X20X20mm) - 2PCS
Slide the two '360X20X20mm' panels (9) into their respective slots in the frame. The diagram shows panels (9) sliding into place.
STEP 11
- Screw A1 (M6X35mm) - 4PCS
Secure the frame by inserting four 'M6X35mm' screws (A1) into the pre-drilled holes. The diagram shows screws (A1) being inserted.
STEP 12
- Screw A8 (Φ16) - 4PCS
Attach the frame using four 'Φ16' screws (A8). The diagram shows screws (A8) being inserted.
STEP 13
- Panel 7 (357X357X5mm) - 1PC
Place the '357X357X5mm' top panel (7) onto the assembled frame. The diagram shows panel (7) being placed.
STEP 14
- Screw A4 (M4X18mm) - 6PCS
Fasten the top panel (7) using six 'M4X18mm' screws (A4). The diagram shows screws (A4) being inserted.
STEP 15
- Panel 6 (322X297X15mm) - 1PC
- Panel A6 (M4X18mm) - 1PC
Attach the '322X297X15mm' panel (6) and the 'M4X18mm' panel (A6) to the side of the unit. The diagram shows panel (6) and panel (A6) being attached.
STEP 16
- Screw A5 (M4X18mm) - 2PCS
Secure the side components using two 'M5X45mm' screws (A5). The diagram shows screws (A5) being inserted.
STEP 17
- Drawer/Cabinet Door
Insert the drawer or cabinet door into its housing, ensuring the sliding mechanism engages correctly. The diagram shows the door being slid into place with detailed views of the sliding mechanism.
STEP 18
- Panel 2 (364X330X15mm) - 1PC
Slide the '364X330X15mm' panel (2) into its slot in the frame. The diagram shows panel (2) sliding into place.
