Product Overview

The HeadLux 100 USB is a compact and powerful bicycle headlight designed for safety and visibility. It features multiple lighting modes, USB charging, and a secure mounting system for various handlebar types.

Mounting Instructions

For Round Handlebars

1. Select the appropriate rubber pad for your handlebar diameter.

2. Place the light body onto the handlebar.

3. Wrap the silicone straps around the handlebar and secure them to the mounting hook on the light body. Ensure the straps are taut.

For Aero Handlebars and Integrated Bar/Stem Combos

1. Use the provided adapter if necessary.

2. Follow the same steps as for round handlebars, ensuring a secure fit.

WARNING: Ensure the rubber strap is wrapped around the mounting hook twice for a secure fit. Adjust the angle to avoid blinding oncoming traffic.

Operation

Power / Mode Button

Press the button to turn the light on/off. Press and hold the button to cycle through different lighting modes (High, Low, Blinking).

Low Battery / Charge Indicator

The indicator light shows the battery status:

• Green: Charging
• Red: Low battery - charge soon
• Off: Fully charged

Charging

Cable-Free Charging

1. Open the USB insertion tab.

2. Connect the light to a USB power source (computer, USB adapter).

3. The charge indicator will turn green while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Standard charging time: Approximately 3-4 hours.

CAUTION: Ensure the USB insertion tab rubber cover is properly seated after charging to maintain water resistance. Do not leave the light connected to a power source for more than 48 hours continuously. Avoid using fast chargers.

• Adjust the beam angle downwards on public roads to avoid blinding other users.
