Immergas Announces Alfredo Amadei as New President

Leadership Transition and Company Mission

Alfredo Amadei expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged his full commitment to Immergas's mission of producing quality, innovation-oriented domestic climate systems for over fifty years. He emphasized the company's global market dialogue and the reputation built by its employees. Amadei stated that his future decisions will be based on the value of the people who drive Immergas's growth and a continued focus on innovation.

He also highlighted the importance of his father's continued support, noting that Romano Amadei will remain on the Immergas board of directors and will retain his position as President of the parent company, Immerfin Spa. The appointment of Alessandro Carra as Vice President signifies the families' commitment to continued investment in Immergas's development and competitiveness.

New Organizational Structure

Alessandro Carra has been promoted from Director to Vice President, while his brother Gionata remains a Director. The new leadership structure includes the confirmation of Mirko Orlandini as Vice President, overseeing human resources, and Fulvio Martini as CEO, focusing on administration and finance. Pietro Alberici, Strategic Marketing Director, and Mauro Guareschi, Research and Development Director, will continue as Directors on the Immergas board.

Alfredo Amadei's Experience and Immergas's Global Reach

Alfredo Amadei joined Immergas in 1989 and has been instrumental in overseeing the commercial and operational functions of the Italian-based multinational. He played a key role in the company's internationalization phase, which began in 1996 with the opening of the first subsidiary in Poland. The Immerfin group, which controls Immergas, now operates globally with 10 subsidiaries and 3 production facilities in Brescello (Italy), Poprad (Slovakia), and Quazvin (Iran).

Immerfin Group Overview

The Immerfin Group is a family-run multinational that controls Immergas in Italy and Immergas Europe in Slovakia. In 2015, the group reported a turnover of 235 million euros. Profitability margins consistently support the investment plan, enabling Immergas to maintain high competitiveness. The group employs approximately 700 people across its three production sites.

Company Information

Immergas was founded in 1964, specializing in the design and production of gas boilers and hybrid systems for domestic use. With over 50 years of market experience and more than 5 million boilers installed, Immergas is recognized as a leading company in Italy and several European countries within the heating sector. The company designs and produces energy management systems that combine gas boilers, heat pumps, and technological solutions for domestic hot water and climate control. Since 2010, through the ImmerEnergy brand, Immergas has been active in renewable energy with solar and photovoltaic systems.

Headquartered in Brescello (RE), Immergas has over 600 employees and a covered area exceeding 50,000 square meters. Its commercial network spans 43 countries, with nine subsidiaries in Europe and one in China, alongside investments in commercial companies across all continents, with a focus on Australia, South America, and North Africa.

Production facilities are located in Brescello (Italy), Poprad (Slovakia), and Quazvin (Iran). In 2015, sales volumes in foreign markets exceeded two-thirds of the total, reaching 330,000 units. Over a third of these were high-efficiency heat generators sold under the Immergas and Alpha Heating Innovation brands.
