HERCULES: High Sanitary Comfort and Maximum Performance

The new floor-standing boilers with integrated stainless steel tanks are designed to ensure high domestic hot water (DHW) production and immediate delivery. This makes them ideal for homes with high sanitary comfort needs.

The range offers various solutions for different system requirements:

The HERCULES range meets modern family demands with highly efficient, performant, and smart solutions. They feature a wide modulation range (10% to 100% of power) for energy saving and a large-section condensing module to reduce clogging risk. All models are Class 6 (most ecological) and can achieve A+ energy classification when paired with an Immergas modulating room thermostat (e.g., SMARTECH PLUS, CARV2, or wireless room sensor + external probe).

Certified Hydrogen Ready, these boilers can operate with natural gas, LPG, propane air, and mixtures up to 20% hydrogen, offering a valid solution to reduce CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions.

New Elegant Design, High-Tech Electronics

Equipped with a closing dashboard door, a large, always-visible display, backlit touch buttons, and convenient knobs for adjustments. The display is well-illuminated and readable, and the touch buttons provide excellent tactile feedback, reflecting the product's high quality.

Ample System Flexibility and Reduced Electrical Consumption

Each circulator is low-consumption and features head regulation, allowing heating of different system zones with varying numbers of radiators or floor heating surfaces. The hydraulic compensator, present in all models, ensures maximum flow rate to each circuit.

By scanning the QR code on the device's control panel with a smartphone, users can access all appliance information online: warranty expiry, authorized service center contacts, video tutorials, instruction manuals, certificates, and more. General Features

Stainless Steel Primary Exchanger

The primary heat exchanger in the HERCULES boilers is made with a single-tube stainless steel coil. The absence of collectors and parallel circuits guarantees maximum reliability over time, as there are no welds. The single stainless steel spiral without constrictions ensures a perfectly balanced hydraulic circuit, significantly reducing pressure loss. Its large, constant internal section limits deposits, reducing clogging risks from water impurities (e.g., when replacing older boilers).

Stainless Steel Boiler

For over 30 years, Immergas has used high-performance stainless steel for its boilers, a company strength. Stainless steel ensures the boiler's resistance to water action, and the large flange optimizes cleaning and maintenance operations. The boiler's capacity, combined with excellent temperature regulation, ensures high sanitary comfort even with multiple simultaneous draws. The tank is prepared for connection to recirculation networks to provide immediate hot water to users.

Evolution in Thermoregulation

MULTI-zone Systems

In large single-family homes, system distribution can be managed by zone kits (for HERCULES and HERCULES SOLAR) or DIM ErP Multi-system Hydraulic Separators (for HERCULES MINI). Equipped with the latest generation electronics, the HERCULES range can manage up to 3 zones with the aid of a concentrator and wireless room sensors (both optional). Room temperatures and operating schedules are set directly from the boiler's control panel or remotely via app (phone, tablet, PC) with the DOMINUS V2 interface kit (optional). The boiler's circuit board includes a BMS communication port for connection to a ModBus-based home automation system.

MONO-zone Systems

These applications can be managed simply with SMARTECH PLUS (for app control) or with CARV2 or CRD PLUS (all optional).

Flue Systems

HERCULES boilers feature a dedicated series of air intake/flue exhaust kits designed for high corrosion resistance and quick, functional installation, thanks to the push-fit connection system and special sealing gaskets.

HERCULES boilers can be installed in sealed chamber/forced draft or open chamber/forced draft configurations.

Positive Pressure Collective Flue Ducts

Standard EN 15502 accounts for potential loss of seal in the main boiler clapet over time. A secondary safety clapet (optional code 3.031599) is required only for appliances connected to positive pressure collective flue ducts. The boiler's exit clapet prevents flue gas reflux into the room during heat exchanger module opening for maintenance.

HERCULES 25/35/35 ABT

Floor-standing models with a 120-liter stainless steel boiler, prepared for zoned systems.

120-Liter Stainless Steel Boiler

The 120-liter boiler is entirely made of stainless steel. The double concentric spiral coils ensure maximum heat exchange, guaranteeing high volumes of domestic hot water and enabling rapid filling of bathtubs and maximum simultaneous draw-off by multiple users.

Immediate Domestic Hot Water Delivery

Boilers with tanks are prepared for connection to timed recirculation networks, which keep the DHW circulating to ensure it is immediately available at the taps.

Ideal for Solar Thermal Combination

The integrated 120-liter boiler is ready for combination with solar thermal collectors using an optional kit. This solution leverages a free renewable energy source to heat domestic water.

Sanitary Expansion Vessel Included

The capacity of the stainless steel boiler, combined with excellent temperature regulation, has earned it the *** marking according to EN 13203-1, signifying the highest sanitary performance.

Zoned and Mixed Systems

Thanks to optional kits installable directly inside the boiler, systems can be configured for up to 3 zones, with 2 being mixed-temperature zones. The HERCULES 35 ABT version is equipped as standard to manage one direct zone and one mixed zone.

Minimum and maximum flow temperatures can be set directly from the boiler (temperature selection range: 20°C – 85°C). A single external probe (code 3.014083) can be connected for independent management of each heating zone. When the high-temperature zone circulator is off, the boiler automatically adjusts its flow temperature for the low-temperature zones.

HERCULES MINI 35

Compact floor-standing model with a 54-liter stainless steel boiler.

Small Dimensions, Big Performance

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the HERCULES MINI 35 is easily installed in functional utility areas of the home. The hydraulic compensator ensures optimal water circulation in the heating system, making the MINI version ideal for systems with high heating circuit pressure drops and for replacements in older installations.

54-Liter Stainless Steel Boiler

Inside the boiler is a double concentric spiral stainless steel coil that ensures rapid heat exchange and allows for multiple draws. The tank is prepared for connection to timed recirculation networks, which keep the DHW circulating to ensure it is immediately available at the taps. A sanitary expansion vessel is included.

Thermoregulation Options

Pairing a thermoregulation device is an excellent investment, significantly increasing the system's seasonal energy efficiency.

Concentrator Kit with Wireless Room Sensor

Ideal for reading room temperature. Connect the concentrator via cable to the boiler and place the room sensor in the desired room. The two devices communicate via radio frequency.

Expansion Sensor: Prepared to be paired with the concentrator kit, serving as an expansion for controlling additional zones.

DOMINUS V2 Interface Kit

Kit to remotely control the boiler via the DOMINUS V2 app (compatible only with wireless room sensors). The Wi-Fi transmitter kit is installed between a wireless modem/router (not supplied by Immergas) and the boiler.

CARV2 (Modulating Remote Control)

Backlit modulating chronothermostat for remote boiler control. Includes special functions like antifreeze temperature setting and anti-legionella function. Also available in WIRELESS version (code 3.021623).

SMARTECH PLUS (SMART Chronothermostat)

Hi-tech wireless SMART chronothermostat with Bluetooth technology. Equipped with a gateway, wall mounting base (with integrated spirit level), table stand, and powered by 2 batteries (included). Transmission technology: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz. Communication distance Thermostat - Gateway module: max 10 m*.

CRD PLUS

Modulating chronothermostat with remote boiler command functions, including antifreeze temperature setting.
