.02 Modular Installation
Up to 5 boilers can be installed hydraulically in cascade, enabling high power outputs up to 700 kW.
Installation on Supporting Frame
VICTRIX PRO boilers can be installed on modular supporting frames, individually or in batteries of up to 5 units, in linear or back-to-back arrangements. Frames are equipped for hydraulic manifolds and can be wall or floor-mounted. They are also approved for outdoor installation.
Ideal Also for Outdoor Installations
High electrical protection (IPX5D) and cataphoresis treatment on the frame make VICTRIX PRO suitable for outdoor installations.
Technical Characteristics
.03 Module for Condensation in Stainless Steel
The condensation modules feature a stainless steel hydraulic circuit. For VICTRIX PRO 35 and 55 1 I versions, the outer shell is composite. It is crucial to thoroughly clean and flush the central heating system before fitting a VICTRIX PRO, using a cleaning agent and inhibitor to preserve system components like pipes and heat exchangers.
.04 Combustion System and Total Premixing
Advanced combustion system development allows a modulation field from 10% to 100% of thermal power across the range. Generators can operate on natural gas or LPG.
Integrated Trap for Condensation Disposal
A built-in trap collects condensation and ensures regular drainage via a polypropylene hose resistant to condensate action. Acid condensation discharged externally must comply with regulations.
Low Emissions of NOx and CO Pollutants
The range achieves a Class 5 rating for pollutant emissions, making it suitable for installations requiring high energy performance and low environmental impact.
Optimum Control of Adjustment
Two NTC probes (in delivery and return) ensure optimum control of the operating temperature.
Production of Domestic Hot Water Integrated with Solar Systems
VICTRIX PRO boilers can be combined with Immergas solar solutions for domestic hot water production, particularly with storage tanks of 200, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 liters.

A cascade and zone regulator manages, controls, and programs boiler sequences, determining which boiler starts, its output, and operating sequence based on heating system demand.
Control of Solar Systems for Domestic Hot Water Production
The cascade regulator facilitates management of thermal solar systems for D.H.W. production, with special control probes available (see page 17).

.06 Remote Control of Heating System
The cascade and zone regulator allows connection via Ethernet to a company network or through a router/modem to an ADSL line, accessible via Internet Explorer.
GSM/GPRS Connection
If no ADSL line is available, the remote control gateway can connect to a router (modem with SIM card) for GSM/GPRS connection.

"Green Series" Fitted Flue System
VICTRIX PRO boilers are approved type "B23" (open chamber, fan assisted), requiring a single flue exhaust outlet. This can be configured as "C" for sealed chamber operation. The kits offer high resistance to corrosion and ease of installation.

Cascade Installation - "Green Series" Exhaust Manifolds
