Product Description
The Televes MiniKom EasyF is a configurable headend multiband amplifier designed for MATV systems. It offers separate amplification for different frequency bands, ensuring the absence of intermodulation among inputs. This amplifier is equipped with 5 inputs: FM, VHF, and UHF (with the UHF band split across two inputs for flexible reception installations). Both VHF and UHF inputs feature selectable gain margins, while the FM input has a single amplifying stage. It includes an LTE700 filter and an output LED signal indicator for immediate network failure detection.

Discover EasyF Connection System
The EasyF connection system is an innovative concept where the inner conductor of the coaxial cable is directly inserted into the device, enhancing connection reliability. This design, which omits F connectors, allows for a reduced chassis size and secures two cables with a single screw.
- Real-time savings: Simplifies installation by eliminating the need for coaxial cable termination and screwing connectors onto the device, which can be challenging in tight spaces.
- Connection reliability: The clamp mechanism securely holds the cables, preventing them from coming off.
- Cost savings: Eliminates the need for additional connectors (F or IEC).
Space optimization: Inputs and outputs are located on the same side to prevent coaxial cable bending and facilitate easier working within cabinets and register boxes.
Very easy three-step mounting:
- Unscrew the device's cover to access the connection.
- Insert the previously stripped coaxial cables.
- Close the cover and screw to ensure connection.
EasyF system reliability: The connection is made via an automated system for contact insertion of the inner conductor, without soldering. This increases the device's operating life by removing solder wear over time, reduces failure rates typically caused by cold soldering joints, optimizes electromagnetic behavior for high frequencies, and reinforces Televes' commitment to the environment by eliminating welding process pollution and reducing production power consumption.
Application Example Diagram
The diagram illustrates the connection of FM, VHF, and UHF antennas to the MiniKom amplifier, with outputs feeding a MATV system. It also shows LED indicators for signal strength: red for Vout < 90 dBμV and green for Vout ≥ 90 dBμV. The amplifier supports powering for pre-amplifiers or BOSS systems via its VHF and UHF inputs.
