2.0 Safety Instructions
Please take a few minutes to read this user manual to ensure your child's safety.

- The seat can only be installed if this seat is equipped with 3-point seat belts. The front airbag must be deactivated.
- It is recommended to install the child restraint system only on the rear seats of the vehicle.
WARNINGS!
- Refer to the vehicle's user manual for information on the suitability of the car seat for use with a child seat.
- Remember that the internal harnesses that secure the child must be adjusted to the child's body shape and should not be twisted. Do not dress your child in thick clothing under the harness.
- The lap belts of the seat belts must be worn as low as possible over your child's pelvis to ensure optimal effect in case of an accident.
- Replace the child restraint system if it has been subjected to severe stress in a traffic accident.
- The child seat must not be modified in any way without the approval of the competent approval authority. Failure to install the child seat according to the manufacturer's instructions can endanger life and health.
- The child seat must be protected from direct sunlight, as heated parts can burn your child. Protect the child and car seat from sun rays.
- Never leave your child unattended in the child seat.
- Ensure that luggage and other objects are adequately secured, especially on the shelf below the rear window, as this can lead to injuries in the event of a collision.
- Do NOT use the seat without the cover.
- Do NOT use any replacement covers other than those recommended by the manufacturer, as they are an integral part of the seat's safety system.
- Do NOT use anchor points that are not described in the user manual and marked on the child seat.
- All hard parts and plastic parts of the child seat must be positioned and installed so that they cannot be trapped by the movement of the car seat or the vehicle door under normal operating conditions.
- Regularly check the technical condition of the child seat, paying particular attention to the fastening points, seams, and adjustment elements. It is important to ensure that all mechanical elements are fully functional. Never lubricate or oil parts of the child seat.
- STOP using the child seat if parts of the child seat are damaged or loose.
- In an emergency, it is important to fasten the seat belts. This means that the harness release button is not fully secured. Please ensure that your child does not play with the harness.
- Set a good example for your child and always buckle up. An adult not wearing a seat belt can also pose a danger to the child.
- Before every car journey, ensure that the child seat is correctly attached. The child seat should also be secured when not in use. Even in an emergency braking, an unsecured seat can lead to injuries for passengers.
- With some vehicle seats made of sensitive materials, the use of child seats may leave marks and/or cause discoloration. To prevent this, a blanket, towel, or similar product can be placed under the car seat.
