Advantages of Your Vacuum Cleaner
The Hyundai H-VCC08 features a five-level air filtration system for efficient cleaning:
- A three-layer cloth dust collector.
- A fine fiber filter located between the dust collector compartment and the electric motor.
- A fine fiber filter at the air outlet.
- These five layers of filtering materials contribute to exceptional cleaning performance.
Care and Cleaning
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent.
- Never immerse the appliance or its power cord in water or any liquids.
Dust Bag Cleaning
- Regularly clean the cloth dust bag to ensure its longevity. The dust bag indicator will move towards the middle of its window as it fills; when it reaches the middle, it's time to clean it.
- Detach the flexible hose. Open the front cover, remove the dust bag. Slide the clamp on the lower edge of the bag aside, empty the bag, close it, and then reinsert it.
- Close the front cover by pressing down firmly until it clicks.
- CAUTION: If the dust bag is not correctly installed, the cover lock clips will not secure properly.
Filter Cleaning
- Filters should be cleaned at least once a year. For frequent use, wash filters after every 3-5 dust bag cleanings.
- Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power supply.
- Open the dust collector compartment cover and remove the filter situated before the electric motor.
- Remove the filter located at the air outlet.
- Wash the filters under warm running water and allow them to air dry completely.
- Reinstall the filters in their correct positions.
- CAUTION: Never operate the vacuum cleaner without filters installed, as this can damage the electric motor. Do not wash filters in a washing machine or dry them using a hairdryer.
Storage
- Store the vacuum cleaner in an upright position.
- Wrap the hose around the telescopic tube.
- Secure the brush/tube into the designated holder on the main body of the appliance.
