Thank you for purchasing a Sinotrack GPS tracker. This quick user guide explains how to operate the device smoothly and correctly.
Website Tracking (PC Version)
Access the tracking platform at www.sinotrackpro.com or http://45.112.204.245.
- User Name: ID number located on the tracker.
- Password:

The platform interface typically shows fields for User (ID of Tracker), Password, and Language (English). There are options to save password, view a demo, and log in.
Application Tracking (Mobile APP)
Search for "SinoTrack PRO" on the APP Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Alternatively, download via the QR code (not included here, but typically found in the manual).

Initial Setup Steps
- Choose GSM Card: Use a Normal SIM card without a PIN code. The device supports Normal SIM (ST-901), Micro SIM (ST-901W), and Nano SIM (ST-901W, not supported).
- Open Cover: Open the top cover of the tracker by screw.
- Insert GSM Card: Properly insert the GSM card. The tracker will start when connected to an external power supply.
- Outdoor Placement: Place the device outdoors for approximately 30 seconds. LED lights will remain lit, indicating normal operation.
- Dial Device Number: Dial the device's number. It will hang up and reply with a tracking message containing valid longitude and latitude.
- Set APN via SMS: Send an SMS to the tracker to set the Access Point Name (APN). The yellow place in the command is blank and should be replaced with your APN.

- Set Server via SMS: Send an SMS to set the tracker to the Sinotrack server.

to the device to check settings: APN, IP/Port, ID on platform, and working mode (SMS or GPRS).

Default Password: 0000
Default Mode: Normal working (ACC Mode).
GPS Status Indicators: 'A' means location acquired, 'V' means invalid location.
Alarm Mode: When alarm mode is on, alarms are sent to the 3 control numbers.
Battery Level: Represented by a scale of 1 to 5: 5 (100%), 4 (80%), 3 (60%), 2 (40%), 1 (20%). A low battery alarm is sent when the battery is at level 1.
Installation
- GPS Antenna Placement: The GPS antenna side should face a clear sky. Avoid placing it under metal; glass and plastic are acceptable.
- Wiring Connections: The tracker has three wires for connection:
- Red Wire: Connects to the battery (12V-24V).
- Black Wire: Connects to ground.
- Orange Wire (ACC): Connects to the ignition key (ACC ON/OFF).
Functions (SMS Commands)
The ST-901 supports both SMS and GPRS working modes. Commands are sent via SMS to the tracker's SIM card number.
1. Set Control Number
Sets the primary, second, and third control numbers for receiving alarms and messages.

2. Working Mode
Choose between SMS mode (for mobile control and Google location via SMS) or GPRS mode (for real-time online monitoring and long-term data storage).

3. Change Password
Changes the tracker's password.

4. Get Location with Google Link
Retrieves the tracker's current GPS location as a Google Maps link.

5. Get Location by Phone Call
Call the SIM card in the tracker to receive a Google Maps link via SMS. If the tracker is in an invalid location, it will send the last valid location and then a new one once acquired.
6. Change Time Zone
Sets the time zone for the tracker.

8. Geo Fence Alarm
Sets a virtual boundary. An alarm is sent to the first control number if the tracker moves outside this area.

9. Over Speed Alarm
Sends an alarm to control numbers if the tracker exceeds a set speed limit.

Sets the frequency for GPRS data uploads when ACC is on or off. Minimum interval is 10 seconds.
