The platform interface typically shows a login screen with fields for User, Password, and Language. The provided image shows a sample login screen with 'User ID of Tracker' and 'Password 123456' pre-filled.
APPLICATION Tracking (Mobile APP)
You can search for SinoTrack PRO on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Alternatively, download the app using the QR codes provided in the documentation. The app typically displays a login screen and allows tracking on your mobile device.
The app interface shows the SinoTrack PRO logo, with options for login and potentially a 'PRO' badge indicating advanced features.
Initial Setup and Installation
- Choose GSM card: Use a Normal SIM card without a PIN code. The tracker supports Normal SIM, Micro SIM, and Nano SIM card types.
- Open the tracker: Open the top cover of the tracker by unscrewing it.
- Insert SIM card: Properly insert the GSM card.
- Power on: Connect the external power supply. The tracker will start.
- Positioning: Place the device outside for about 30 seconds. LED lights will indicate the device is ready.
- First Call/SMS: Dial the device number. It will hang up and reply with a tracking message containing longitude and latitude.
- Set APN: Send an SMS to the tracker to set the APN (Access Point Name). The default command is
8030000 INTERNET
. If your APN requires a username and password, use a command like8030000 INTERNET INTERNET INTERNET
. - Set Server: Send an SMS to set the tracker to the server. The command is

. - Online Tracking: Once configured, you can track the device online via www.sinotrackpro.com or http://45.112.204.245.
Installation Diagram:
The diagram shows a motorcycle with the GPS tracker installed. Point A indicates the location of the tracker, and Point B indicates the battery connection. The GPS antenna should face the sky, avoiding metal enclosures but allowing placement under glass or plastic.
Wire Connections:
The tracker has three wires:
- Red: Connects to the vehicle's 12V/24V battery.
- Black: Connects to the ground.
- Orange: Connects to the ignition key (ACC/ON/START).
Key Functions
- Set Control Number: Use the command

to set up to three control numbers for receiving alerts. - Working Mode: The tracker supports SMS mode (for receiving Google location via SMS) and GPRS mode (for real-time online tracking). Default is GPRS.

. - Shock Alarm: Enable/disable shock detection alarms. Use

to disable. - Low Battery Alarm: The tracker sends an SMS alert when the battery level is low (Bat:1 indicates 20% charge).
- ACC Alarm: Configure alarms for ACC (ignition) status changes via SMS or phone call.

- Set IP and Port: Configure the server IP address and port.
- Set Time Interval: Adjust the time interval for data reporting when ACC is on or off.
LED Status Indicators
- Blue LED (GPS Status):
- Flashing: No GPS signal or GPS starting.
- Solid: GPS OK, signals received.
- Orange LED (GSM Status):
- Flashing: No SIM card or GSM module starting.
- Solid: GSM OK.
Other Functions
- RESTART: Restarts the tracker.
- RCONF: Retrieves the tracker's current configuration settings via SMS reply. The reply includes details like Tracker ID, password, control numbers, working mode, Geo Fence status, Over Speed status, Voice mode, Shake Alarm status, Sleep Mode status, APN, IP address, GPRS Upload Time, and Time Zone.
Troubleshooting and Support
If the device is not online, check the device settings by sending the RCONF
command. Verify the APN, IP, Port, and ID settings. Ensure the device is in the correct working model (SMS or GPRS).
