Precautions for Use
Before using the exercise bike, please read the instructions carefully and follow the steps indicated in the instruction manual. Ensure you receive correct usage information and free replacement parts.
- Please carefully inspect the machine before first use and strictly follow the installation principles every 1-2 months after use. Please try to maintain the machine in normal use and use original accessories.
- When exercising, ensure your feet are inside the pedals. Do not stop immediately during high-speed rotation to avoid accidents. To stop training, first slow down your pedaling, press the inertia brake, then turn the brake clockwise with your hand until the flywheel stops rotating, then dismount the bike.
- The exercise bike can only be used by one person at a time. Other people should maintain a safety distance of more than 50 cm during use. It is forbidden to touch the exercise bike with hands or other parts while the flywheel is rotating to avoid danger.
- Please use the product after proper installation and inspection. Do not perform dangerous maneuvers during use.
- Individuals with heart or lung conditions should use this product under the guidance of a doctor and a fitness professional.
- The resistance of this product is adjustable. Please choose the appropriate resistance.
- Before each use, check if the handlebars, seat, and other parts are securely tightened, and if the pedal is loose. If there is any play, retighten it and replace defective parts in time.
- Please avoid contact between the machine and corrosive items such as cleaners.
- Any problems concerning the main body, bearings, belts, and rotating wear parts should not be repaired by yourself; please contact the seller in time.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, as the LCD indicator is easily damaged. Keep your exercise bike in a clean and dry environment, out of reach of children.
- The limit is engraved on the handlebar fixing base or the seat fixing tube, so do not exceed it when adjusting.
- The exercise bike must be placed on a fixed, flat surface and cannot be placed on an inclined surface to avoid tipping.
- This product is adult fitness equipment. If used by children, please use it under the supervision of a guardian.
- Please establish a reasonable training plan before use and use this product strictly according to the required plan.
- Please contact the seller if the machine is malfunctioning.

Installation Steps
STEP 1: Mount Foot Tube
Assembly Tools:
- Hex wrench (G)
- Flat wrench (I)
Standard Parts:
- Φ10X2PCS (Part D)
- Φ10X2PCS (Part B)
- Φ10X2PCS (Part A)
Assembly Instructions:
- Remove the carton and take out the machine.
- Attach the rear foot tube to the frame, then use a wrench to tighten the cap nut, flat washer, and the lock.
- Attach the front foot tube to the frame, then tighten the hex socket head cap screw using a wrench.
STEP 2: Adjust Saddle Slider
Assembly Tools: None
Assembly Instructions:
First, turn the knob counter-clockwise to remove the pull pin and the saddle slider. Turn in the direction indicated in the figure, then insert the saddle slider, adjust to the appropriate height, and tighten the knob.
STEP 3: Install Saddle
Assembly Tools:
- Flat wrench (13-15mm)

Assembly Instructions:
First, remove the saddle slider, turn in the direction indicated in the figure, remove the saddle, align it with the saddle's steel rod, adjust the saddle's angle, then use the special flat wrench to tighten the hexagonal nuts on both sides of the saddle.
STEP 4: Install Handlebar Slider
Assembly Tools: None

Assembly Instructions:
- First, remove the handlebar sliders, then fit the lower cover into the slider, as shown in the image.
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise, then insert the handlebar slider, adjust to the appropriate height, and tighten the knob.
STEP 5: Install Handlebar
Assembly Tools:
- 5mm Hex wrench (G)

Assembly Instructions:
Take the handlebar, align the hole on the slider, align the screw hole on the handlebar with a screw, then tighten and fix it with a wrench.
STEP 6: Install Indicator
Assembly Tools:
- Hex wrench (G)

- Battery (not included)
Assembly Instructions:
- Take the cover as shown in the image. First, install the battery at the bottom of the electronic indicator, then align the cover with the handlebar and press down to fix it. Then use a wrench to fix the screws.
- Once installation is complete, insert the sensor cable into the left side of the bottom of the electronic indicator.
STEP 7: Install Pedals
Assembly Tools:
- 13-15mm Flat wrench
- 17-19mm Flat wrench

Assembly Instructions:
Take out the pedal, you will find the pedal marked "L" "R". Take out the pedal marked "R", then insert it into the screw hole of the right crank, turn the pedal clockwise until it cannot turn anymore, and tighten it firmly with our special flat wrench.
Remark: The crank is also marked with "L" and "R" corresponding to the pedal marks. If installed incorrectly, it may cause the crank to slip and damage the product. The pedal must be completely tightened, otherwise the pedal may fall off.
Product Instructions
STOP [Emergency Stop]
- For an emergency stop, press the brake lever until the exercise bike comes to a standstill.
- Adjust the left and right feet when the frame is not level.
- Position the pedal forward and center your foot on it. Your knees should be slightly bent.
- If your legs are too straight or your feet cannot reach the pedals, move the saddle forward. If your legs are too bent, turn the adjustment knob.
- Before adjusting the saddle, dismount the bike, release and pull the seat post adjustment knob. Adjust the saddle to the desired height. Loosen the adjustment knob so that it engages with the locking pin. Ensure the pin is fully engaged and the knob is securely tightened.
- Pull the spherical head pin and lift the saddle support until it is at the correct height, release the pin so that the pin passes through the small hole of the saddle support, then lock the pin. (Loosen the fixing bolt to move the saddle forward or backward to a comfortable position, then lock the bolt).
- Resistance Adjustment: Increase resistance by turning the knob clockwise, and decrease resistance by turning counter-clockwise.

2. Button Function
Choice Button (MODE/RESET): This button is used for function selection and can display each function successively.
- SCAN: When "SCAN" flashes, each function is displayed one by one. When "SCAN" is not displayed, it enters locked mode to display a specific function.
3. Usage Method
- Start and Stop: The indicator starts working when a button is pressed or when a sports equipment signal is received. If inactive for 4 minutes, the indicator will automatically turn off.
- Reset: In any state, press the selection button for 3 seconds to clear all function data except the total distance.
- Mode: When the function indication on the screen flashes, the indicator enters automatic scanning mode. Then press the button again, the indicator enters locked mode and fixes on a certain function.
App Connection
The Toputure Exercise Bike TEB1 is compatible with the Z-Sport application (free), as well as Zwift/Kinomap.
1. Z-Sport Installation
1.1 Compatibility:
This application is compatible with Android and iOS systems.
- Android Phones: Compatible with Android 5.0 and above.
- Apple Phones: Compatible with iOS 9.0 and above.

1.3. Equipment Connection
- Enter the correct email address.
- Click "Send Code" and enter the verification code received in your email.
- Select Equipment: Go to this interface and select the appropriate equipment (e.g., exercise bike, rowing machine, elliptical bike, fitness stepper, treadmill).
- ① Access the equipment management interface to link and remove equipment. [Link]
- ② For linked equipment, click the "START" button to access the corresponding sports page (only on the first entry into the application, you need to link the Bluetooth device, then the system will default to the home page of the selected equipment).
NOTE: 2 AAA batteries are required (not included). Ensure the batteries are inserted with the correct +/- orientation in the battery compartment.

Daily Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Daily Maintenance
- Regularly check if the product is damaged or if there are any detached parts.
- Regularly lubricate rotating parts and connecting parts of the main components.
- Before each use, check if the handlebars, seat, and other parts are securely fixed, and if the pedal part is loose. If there is any play, tighten it in time. Replace defective parts in time.
- Regularly clean the exercise bike using soft cloths and neutral detergents, without using solvents or caustic detergents.
- For problems concerning the exercise bike frame, bearings, belts, and fragile rotating parts, do not repair them yourself, but contact the seller and after-sales service in time.
- The internal brake of the body is a fragile part. During fitness, if you find noise and the resistance is not normal, you must remove the shell and check if the internal brake device is worn (the thickness of the brake cotton part is less than 2 mm, it is worn). If worn, you must replace the brake device immediately.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure, as the electronic indicator is easily damaged. Store the exercise bike in a clean and dry environment, out of reach of children.

Warranty
Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
Toputure warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship. When installation and use by the user comply with the user manual, Toputure's warranty applies to the following elements:
Parts Warranty
- Structural frame has a one-year warranty for domestic use only.
- All other components have a 270-day warranty for domestic use only.
Warranty Exclusions:
Toputure offers no express or implied warranty and is not responsible or liable for any warranties that are deemed to include any product failure or damage attributable to:
- Using this product beyond normal domestic use or in applications for which it was not designed.
- Improper use causing scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Improper use, modification, handling, storage, misuse of the product, or negligence.
- Toputure reserves the right to repair or replace any component demonstrating a defect during normal home use, at its discretion, free of charge. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase must be provided.
