Safety Precautions for Use
Please read the user manual carefully before using the exercise bike and follow the instructions to ensure correct usage information. Replacement parts are provided free of charge.
- Carefully inspect the equipment before first use and adhere strictly to installation principles every 1-2 months after use. Use the equipment for normal use and with original accessories.
- During exercise, place your feet in the pedal footrest cover. Do not stop suddenly when pedaling at high speed to avoid accidents. To stop exercising, first slow down your pedaling speed, let your feet remain on the pedal cages due to inertia, then turn the brake clockwise until the flywheel stops rotating, and then dismount the exercise bike.
- The exercise bike can only be used by one person at a time. Other people should maintain a safety distance of more than 50 cm when using it. When the flywheel is rotating, it is forbidden to touch it with your hands or other objects to avoid danger.
- Please use after correct installation and inspection. Do not use this product for dangerous actions.
- Customers with heart or lung diseases should only use this product under the guidance of doctors and fitness experts.
- The resistance of this product is adjustable. Please select the appropriate resistance.
- Before each use, check if the handlebars, seats, and other parts are tight, and if the pedals are loose. If anything is loose, please tighten it in time and replace the problematic parts promptly.
- Avoid contact of the equipment with corrosive cleaning agents and other objects.
- For problems with the main body, bearings, belts, and rotating wear parts, do not repair them yourself; contact the seller in time.
- Avoid direct sunlight, especially for electronic watches, which can be easily damaged. Store your exercise bike in a clean, dry environment and out of reach of children.
- There is a limit value engraved on the armrest frame or the seat cushion frame tube. Do not adjust it beyond this height.
- The exercise bike must be placed on a firm, flat surface and should not be tilted to prevent tipping.
- This product is an adult fitness equipment. If used by children, please use it under the supervision of a guardian.
- Please create a reasonable training plan before use and use this product strictly according to the requirements.
- If it cannot be used normally, please contact the seller.

Assembly Instructions
STEP 1: Installation of the Foot Tube

Assembly Steps:
- Remove the equipment from the carton.
- Mount the rear foot tube to the bicycle frame, tighten the cap nut and washer with a spanner.
- Mount the front foot tube to the bicycle frame and tighten the pan head Phillips screws with a spanner.
STEP 2: Adjustment of the Padded Seat Slider
Assembly Steps:
- First, turn the knob counterclockwise to remove the pull pin, take out the padded seat slider, and rotate it in the direction shown in the figure. Then insert the padded seat slider, adjust to the appropriate height, and tighten the knob.
STEP 3: Installation of the Cushioned Seat
Assembly Steps:
- First, take out the padded seat slider, rotate it as shown in the figure, take out the seat cushion, and align it with the seat steel rod.
- After adjusting the angle of the seat cushion, tighten the hexagonal nuts on both sides of the seat cushion with a special spanner.
STEP 4: Installation of the Handlebar Slider
Assembly Steps:
- First, take out the armrest slider and then insert the lower cover of the electronic clock into the slider as shown in the figure.
- Turn the plum knob counterclockwise, insert it into the slider to adjust the correct height, and then tighten the knob.
STEP 5: Installation of the Handlebar
Assembly Steps:
- Take the armrest, align it with the holes of the slider, align the screws with the screw holes of the armrest, and use a spanner to secure and fix them.
STEP 6: Installation of the Electronic Counter
Assembly Steps:
- As shown in the figure, first take the electronic clock cover from the bottom of the electronic clock to install the battery, in the direction of the handlebar, a buckle can be fastened at the bottom. When taking the screws, use a spanner to hold it in position.
- When the installation is complete, insert the sensor cable into the left side of the bottom of the electronic counter.
STEP 7: Installation of the Pedals
Assembly Steps:
- Take out the pedal marked "R", insert it into the right crank thread hole, turn it clockwise until it cannot be turned further, and then lock it with our special spanner.
- Take out the pedal marked "L", insert it into the left crank thread hole, turn it counterclockwise until it cannot be turned further, and then lock it with our special spanner.
Note: The crank is marked with "L" and "R" which correspond to the markings on the pedal. If the crank is installed incorrectly, it may slip and damage the product. The pedal must be locked in place, otherwise it may fall off after a period of time.
Product Usage Instructions
Product Usage:
- If you need to perform an emergency brake, please press the resistance knob downwards until the flywheel stops rotating.
- Tighten the stabilizer foot if the frame is not level.
- When using the exercise bike, place your feet in the center of the pedals. Your leg should be slightly bent at the knee.
- If your legs are too straight or your feet cannot touch the pedals, lower the seat tube. If your leg is too bent, raise the seat.
- Before adjusting the seat, dismount the bicycle and loosen and tighten the seat tube adjustment knob. Adjust the seat to a suitable height. Loosen the adjustment knob to engage the locking pin. Ensure the pin is fully engaged and screwed in tightly.
- Loosen the locking bolt, move the cushion slider back and forth, adjust to a comfortable position, and then lock the bolt.

2. Button Function
Press the button to turn on the display. When "SCAN" flashes, each function will be displayed in sequence. At this time, press the button, "SCAN" will disappear and stop displaying in sequence, and you will enter the lock mode to fix a specific function, and then you can press the button to select the function you want to display.
3. Precautions
- If the mechanism stops and no button is pressed for 4 minutes, the electronic meter will automatically turn off.
- The electronic meter will automatically turn on when movement is detected or a button is pressed.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to clear the electronic meter data.
NOTE: 2 AAA batteries are required (not included in the delivery). Make sure the batteries are inserted in the direction of the +/- indicators in the battery compartment.
App Connection
The Toputure TEB1 exercise bike is compatible with the Z-Sport App (free) as well as Zwift/Kinamap.
1. Z-Sport Installation
- 1.1 This APP supports Android and Apple versions.
- Android Phone: Supports Android 5.0 and higher system versions.
- Apple Phone: Supports iOS 9.0 and higher system versions.
1.2 Download Software
Both Android and Apple users can scan this code to download.

1.3 Connect the Device
- Enter the correct email address.
- Click "Send Code" and enter the verification code received via email.
- Select Device: Access this page and select the corresponding device (Sport xx-xxxx), e.g., Spinning Bike, Rowing Machine, Elliptical Trainer, Stepper, and Treadmill. Access the device management page to bind and delete devices. (Bind)
- When the device is bound, click the "START" button to enter the corresponding sports page. (Only when you access the software for the first time, you need to bind the Bluetooth device; later, the system will automatically call up the selected device homepage).
2. Download Other Apps
You can download Zwift or Kinomap by scanning the QR code below.
