Exercise Advice & Guidance
Ready: Warm up for 5-10 minutes before each use.
Breathe: Breathe through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Coordinate breathing with movement. Stop if breathing becomes too rapid.
Frequency: Allow 48 hours of rest for muscles in the same area between workouts.
Strength: Determine training intensity based on individual fitness levels and gradually increase the load.
Diet: Exercise one hour after meals. Wait at least 30 minutes after exercise before eating. Drink water moderately during exercise to avoid straining the heart and kidneys.
Stretch Exercise: Begin with stretching exercises to warm up. Perform 5 stretches, holding each for 10 seconds or more per leg. Repeat after exercise.
- Stretch Down: Bend knees slightly, lean forward, and try to touch toes with both hands for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
- Hamstring Stretch: Sit with legs extended, one bent with the sole of the foot near the inner thigh of the straight leg. Reach for toes with hands for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
- Calf and heel tendon extension: Stand with hands on a wall or table, one foot behind. Keep the hind leg straight and heel on the ground. Lean towards the wall for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
- Ankle Extension: Hold onto a wall or table for balance. Reach back and grab the ankle of the opposite leg, pulling it towards the buttocks until thigh muscles feel tense. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
- Stretching the Inner Thigh Muscles: Sit with soles of feet together, knees pointing outwards. Grasp feet and pull towards the groin for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Product Maintenance
Running belt lubrication
Lubricate the running belt periodically with treadmill lubrication oil.
- Usage frequency and lubrication interval:
- Less than 3 hours/week: Lubricate every 5 months.
- 4-7 hours/week: Lubricate every 2 months.
- More than 7 hours/week: Lubricate every month.
Do not use excessive lubricant. Proper lubrication is key to extending the treadmill's lifespan.
Lubrication method:
Check lubrication by touching the back of the running belt. If it feels damp with silicone oil, no lubrication is needed. If it feels dry, add lubricant.
Lubricating Steps:
- Lift the lubricating oil position cover. Align the spout of the oil pot with the filling port. Add 10-15ml of silicone oil. Close the cover.
- Turn on the treadmill at 0.6 mph to spread the lubricant evenly. Step on the belt from left to right. Allow 8-10 minutes for complete absorption.
Adjusting the tightness of the running belt
If the running belt feels loose or slips, adjust the tension bolts clockwise by half a turn. Adjust both sides evenly. Make slight adjustments until the issue is resolved.
Running belt deviation adjustment
If the running belt drifts to the left or right, adjust the corresponding bolt clockwise by 1/4 turn. Pause for 30 seconds to allow the belt to recenter. Repeat if necessary.
Steps:
- Place the treadmill on a flat ground.
- Run the treadmill at approximately 0.6-1 MPH.
- If the belt drifts to the left, rotate the adjusting bolt on the left clockwise by 1/4 turn and pause for 30 seconds.
- If the belt drifts to the right, rotate the adjusting bolt on the right clockwise by 1/4 turn and pause for 30 seconds.
