Included components may vary, but typically include:

  • Machine body (the main vacuum unit with cyclone and motor)
  • Wand (a long tube for extending reach)
  • Cleaner heads/tools:
    • Motorbar™ cleaner head: Features de-tangling vanes to automatically clear hair.
    • Fluffy™ cleaner head: Soft woven nylon for large debris, anti-static carbon fibre filaments for fine dust on hard floors.
    • Soft roller head
    • Mini motorised tool: For upholstery and pet beds.
    • Crevice tool: For tight spaces.
    • Soft dusting brush: For delicate dusting.
    • Stubborn dirt brush: For coarse carpets.

Important notes for use on floors:

  • Check the underside of cleaner heads/tools for debris.
  • Consult flooring manufacturer's cleaning instructions before vacuuming.
  • Be aware that brush bars can damage certain flooring or cause rug fuzzing. If this occurs, vacuum without the motorised floor tool and consult your flooring manufacturer.

The charger can be used independently or as part of the dock.

Getting started

Operating your machine

The machine has two buttons:

  • Power on/off button: The top button turns the vacuum on and off.

Three power modes

Cycle through power modes using the Mode button, depending on floor type and suction needs:

Minimise dust contact

When emptying, cover the bin tightly with a dust-proof bag, remove the bin carefully, seal the bag, and dispose.

Clearing blockages

Your machine has an automatic cut-out. If blocked, the motor will pulse and stop until the blockage is cleared.

Safety precautions:

  • Disconnect the machine from the charger before checking for blockages.
  • Be careful not to touch the trigger and be aware of sharp objects.
  • Allow the machine to cool down before checking for blockages.
  • Do not use the machine while looking for blockages, as this could cause injury.

Clearing blockages from your Mini motorised tool

The Mini motorised tool does not have a washable brush bar. Check and clear obstructions regularly for optimal performance.

Ensure the machine is disconnected from the charger and avoid touching the power button.

Remove your brush bar

Do not put any part of the machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishers, or air fresheners.

Use a coin to unlock the end cap. Twist the end cap and remove it from the brush bar. Do not wash the end cap.

Slide the brush bar out of the cleaner head.

Look for obstructions

Clear any debris from the brush bar. Check inside the cleaner head for debris or blockages.

The Mini motorised tool and brush bar are not washable. Wipe with a damp, lint-free cloth.

Replace your brush bar

Reattach the end cap to the brush bar and slide it back into the cleaner head. Turn the end cap clockwise to the locked position.

The cleaner head is not washable and should only be wiped with a damp, lint-free cloth.

Refit your filter

Align the arrow on the top of the filter with the bin release button. Push down to fit securely.

Washing the Post-filter

Twist off your filter

Twist the filter anti-clockwise and pull it away from the machine.

Wash your filter

Shake out the water

Empty the filter and shake firmly to remove excess water. Continue shaking until no more water comes out.

Dry your filter

Place the filter with the open end facing up to dry. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours in a well-ventilated, warm place. Do not dry in a tumble-dryer or near a naked flame.

Important: The filter must be completely dry before reinstallation to prevent machine damage.

Replace your filter

Place the filter on the machine, aligned in the open position. Twist clockwise until it clicks securely.

Washing your soft roller cleaner head

Your Fluffy™ cleaner head has a washable brush bar. Check and wash it regularly for optimal performance.

Ensure the machine is disconnected from the charger and avoid touching the power button.

Remove your brush bar

Do not put any part of the machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishers, or air fresheners.

Press the cleaner head release button on the end of the wand. Place the cleaner head upside down. Push the end cap up fully and pull the brush bar out. Remove the end cap from the brush bar; do not wash the end cap.

Before replacing, ensure the brush bar is completely dry. Reattach the end cap. Slide the brush bar into the cleaner head. Push the end cap back down to the closed position.

Cleaning your tools

Do not put any part of the machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishers, or air fresheners.

Crevice tool: Wipe with a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding the connector end. Ensure it is completely dry before use.

Mini motorised tool: Do not wash. Wipe with a damp, lint-free cloth.

General warning: Cleaner heads or motorised tools contain electronic components that can be damaged by water, detergents, polishes, or air fresheners.

Looking after your machine

Regular cleaning and checking for blockages are essential for optimal performance.

Day-to-day machine care

If the machine is dusty, wipe it with a damp, lint-free cloth.

Battery health

For best performance and battery life, use Boost mode only for short bursts of power.

The battery is designed to charge on the dock and stops when complete. Return the machine to the dock after use to maintain battery life.

The machine will not operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F) to protect the motor and battery.

Where to find your machine's serial number

The serial number is printed on the main body of the machine, behind the back of the clear bin. Use this number to register your machine.
