Product Overview
The EJEAS V6pro is a performance-stable Helmet Bluetooth Intercom system designed for motorcycle riders. It offers a maximum talking distance of 800 meters in general outdoor environments, with a typical range of 300 to 800 meters. It also functions as a high-performance Bluetooth headset with a range of 10 meters.
Key features include automatic phone call reception for convenience and safety, a screw-less ultrasonic structure, waterproof design, and HD-Voice technology, ensuring a safe riding experience.
Device Components
The V6pro unit features the following buttons and interfaces:
- 1. MOTOR/A button: Power on/off, Intercom A pairing.
- 2. B button: Intercom B pairing.
- 3. C button: Intercom C pairing.
- 4. D button: Intercom D pairing.
- 5. E button: Intercom E pairing.
- 6. Phone button: Answer/reject calls ?, play/pause music ▶️/⏸️, voice assistant, connect last phone.
- 7. Volume + button: Increase volume, next music track.
- 8. Volume - button: Decrease volume, previous music track.
- 9. Power off: Dedicated power off function (also via MOTOR button).
- 10. Antenna: For Bluetooth communication.
- 11. Earphone interface / USB charger interface: For audio and charging ?.
Installation Diagram
Follow these steps to install the V6pro on your helmet:
- Attach the mounting clip to the helmet.
- Mount the main unit onto the clip.
- Connect the microphone and earphone cables to the unit.
- Secure the unit firmly.
- Ensure all connections are properly seated.
Phone Operation
Power On/Off
- Power On: Long press the MOTOR/A button for approximately 2 seconds until the main device light flashes.
- Power Off: Press the Power off button (or long press MOTOR/A button).
Connect with Phone (GPS/MP3)
Long press the Phone button for 5 seconds until the ? and ? lights flash. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, search for "V6", and pair. A successful pairing is indicated by the intercom's ? light flashing.
Last Number Redial
After connecting to a phone, long press the Phone button for 3 seconds to redial the last called number.
Receiving a Call
When a call comes in, the device will automatically answer after 5 seconds without any operation.
Refuse a Call
To reject an incoming call, press the Phone button.
Music Playback
- Play/Suspend Music: Short press the Phone button. (Compatible with most cellphone music players).
- Choose Music: Long press Volume - for 2 seconds for the previous track. Long press Volume + for 2 seconds for the next track.
Volume Control
- Increase Volume: Press Volume +.
- Decrease Volume: Press Volume -.
Charging Tip
The ? indicator light is on while charging. It turns off when the device is fully charged.
Clear Pairing (Restore Factory Settings)
Press and hold the Phone button and the B button simultaneously. The indicator light will flash ? three times and then ? once, indicating that pairing records have been cleared.
Intercom Operation
The V6pro supports up to six riders using the device, with two riders able to talk simultaneously. One main device can be paired with up to 5 sub-devices. The main device can select one sub-device (A, B, C, D, or E) to communicate with at any given time. The sub-devices cannot communicate with each other.
Pairing with Sub-Devices
The main device can be paired with sub-devices A, B, C, D, and E. The pairing process involves long-pressing specific buttons on both the main device and the sub-device.
- Pairing with A device: Long press the MOTOR buttons of the main device and the A device simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Both devices will show ? & ? lights flashing. Once they find each other, a pairing connection will initiate. A successful connection is indicated by the ? light flashing quickly, followed by slow simultaneous flashing for normal talk. To pair the next sub-device, press the MOTOR buttons on the main device to disconnect first.
- Pairing with B device: Long press the B buttons of the main device and the B device simultaneously for about 5 seconds. Both devices will show ? & ? lights flashing. Once they find each other, a pairing connection will initiate. A successful connection is indicated by the ? light flashing quickly, followed by slow simultaneous flashing for normal talk. To pair the next sub-device, press the B buttons on the main device to disconnect first.
- Pairing with C, D, E devices: These devices use the same pairing method as described for device B, using their respective C, D, and E buttons.
Connecting to Paired Sub-Devices
After pairing, simply press the corresponding pairing button on the main device (MOTOR for A, B for B, C for C, etc.) to connect and talk with that sub-device. This does not require re-pairing.

EUC Pairing
Follow these steps to pair the EUC remote controller with the intercom system:
- Clear EUC Pairing Record: Long press both <Button FM> and <Volume -> buttons for 5 seconds. The ? and ? lights will be on simultaneously.
- Enter Handle Pairing Mode: Long press both <Phone Button> and <Button E> for 5 seconds. The ? and ? lights will flash alternately and quickly.
- Initiate Pairing: Click any button on the EUC.
Pairing is successful when you hear a ? "Du". If pairing is not successful within 2 minutes, the device will automatically exit pairing mode.
Restore Default Settings
Press and hold both the <B button> and <Phone button> for approximately 2 seconds. The ? light will flash 3 times quickly, deleting the pairing record. The intercom will then automatically power on.
Mobile App Integration
The EJEAS V6pro can be managed via the SafeRiding mobile application.
- Download and Install: Install the SafeRiding mobile app from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
- Initiate Pairing Mode: Press and hold the <Phone Button> for approximately 5 seconds until the ? and ? lights flash alternately.
- Connect via App: Open the SafeRiding app. Click the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner. Select the intercom device from the list of searched devices and click to connect. (Note: iOS users may need to perform an additional Bluetooth pairing step in system settings).
The app provides functions such as intercom group management, music control, FM control, device status checks, and more.
For subsequent uses, simply open the app, click the Bluetooth icon, and select the intercom from your paired devices.
Precautions for Use
- Ensure correct installation, especially in rainy conditions, by fully inserting the headphone jack to prevent water ingress.
- Use the standard charger to ensure optimal battery life.
- For riding safety, it is not recommended to listen to music while riding.
- Avoid manually operating device buttons while riding to maintain focus on safety.
- For maximum communication distance, it is recommended to use the device in open areas.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause interference. (2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
