Device Overview
The device features a charging port (USB Type-C), indicator lights, a microphone, and several buttons: Power/TWS/Mode, Play/Pause/Answer Button, Volume Down/Previous Button, and Volume Up/Next Button.
Buttons and Ports
Power/TWS/Mode Button
- Short press: Switch mode.
- Double click: Activate TWS connection/disconnection.
- Long press: Turn speaker on/off.
Volume Down/Previous Button
- Short press: Decrease volume.
- Long press: Go to previous song (or previous FM channel).
Volume Up/Next Button
- Short press: Increase volume.
- Long press: Go to next song (or next FM channel).
Mode/Pause/Play Button (also Answer Button)
- Short press: Pause/play music, accept incoming call.
- Long press: Reject incoming call.
- Long press 2s: Disconnect Bluetooth.
- Double click: Call back last number.

Initial Setup
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is charged.
- Long press the [power button] until a voice prompt indicates BT pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or tablet, search for the Bluetooth device named "QFX BT-ZX0" and connect.
- A prompt will confirm successful pairing.
Notes:
- The speaker will automatically shut down after 10 minutes if no connection is made.
- The speaker will automatically shut down after 20 minutes if connected but no audio playback occurs.
TWS Sync Mode
Connecting Two Speakers
- Turn on both speakers by long-pressing the [power button] for approximately 2 seconds. The blue indicator light will flash.
- Quickly double-click the [power/TWS/mode button] on one speaker. A "connected" prompt indicates pairing mode, and one speaker's indicator light will turn solid blue.
- On your smartphone or tablet, connect to "QFX BT-ZX0". You will hear another "connected" prompt, indicating successful TWS connection. Enjoy music from both speakers.
Notes:
- In TWS Mode, turning off one speaker will turn off both.
- Double-clicking the [power/TWS/mode button] will disconnect TWS.
FM Radio Mode
Using FM Radio
- Short press the [power/TWS/mode button] to switch to FM broadcast mode (indicator light turns blue).
- Short press the [volume down/previous button] to automatically scan for radio stations. Short press again to stop scanning and select a channel.
- Once scanned, stations are stored automatically. Long press the [volume up/next button] to select the next station, and long press the [volume down/previous button] to select the previous station.
Antenna Tip:
- Insert the included USB Type-C cable into the charging port while in FM mode to use it as an external antenna for improved signal reception.
Hands-Free Calling
Volume Control
- Volume Down: Short press once to decrease volume.
- Volume Up: Short press once to increase volume.
Call Management
- Mode/Answer Button: Short press to accept an incoming call. Long press to reject an incoming call. Long press for 2 seconds to disconnect Bluetooth. Double click to call back the last number.
Charging Your Device
- Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a power adapter (not included).
- Allow approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge.
- The indicator light is red while charging and turns off when fully charged. The red light blinks when the battery is low.
- Recommendation: Use a USB wall adapter with a DC 5V=1A output.
Resetting Your Device
- If the speaker is not operating correctly, long press the [power button] for approximately 8 seconds until the speaker powers off. Then, power it on again as usual.
Limited Product Warranty Policy
Warranty Overview
- QFX, Inc. warrants the original purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for the applicable Warranty Period.
- The warranty covers parts and labor, starting from the original date of purchase.
- QFX will, at its option, repair or replace defective products.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty covers only normal use and is not transferable.
- Exclusions include: misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, shipping damage, disasters, unauthorized repairs, power surges, incorrect voltage, cosmetic damage, shipping damage, extreme environmental conditions, or acts of God.
- The product is for personal, non-commercial use only and is not warranted for commercial or rental use.
- QFX disclaims warranties for uses involving risk of data breach or reliance on stored data for medical or lifesaving applications.
Liability Limitations
- QFX disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- QFX is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- QFX's aggregate liability is limited to the product fees paid by the customer.
Return Process
- Contact QFX Customer Support for assistance.
- Ship the product PREPAID in original packaging or a suitable substitute to prevent damage.
- Include: a dated sales receipt, a detailed description of the problem, customer's full name, phone number, return address, all accessories, and a cashier's check or money order for return shipping and handling as specified in the table.
- Payment via credit card may be arranged with Customer Support.
- Returned products must not be shipped to a PO BOX.
- Incomplete returns or products found to have no problem may be returned to the customer.
