The QFX BT-14 is a versatile portable speaker designed to bring music and entertainment wherever you go. It features Bluetooth connectivity for wireless streaming, TWS (True Wireless Stereo) capability for enhanced audio, an integrated FM radio, and vibrant LED party lights to set the mood.
This manual provides instructions on setup, operation, features, and warranty information for your QFX BT-14 speaker.
Safety Warnings
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to a qualified technician.
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment to rain or moisture. Do not store or operate this product near any liquids, heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or under extreme weather conditions. Clean only with a dry cloth.
Users should exercise extra safety when the WARNING or CAUTION symbol appears in this instruction manual and follow all precautions as they are stated.

Control Panel
The top panel of the QFX BT-14 features controls and indicators for operation. The rear panel houses various input and output ports.
Top Panel Controls & Indicators:
The top panel features buttons for mode selection, playback control, and volume adjustment, along with indicator lights and ports.
- 1. LIGHT/MODE: Press to cycle through modes: Bluetooth (BT), Auxiliary (AUX), USB, TF Card, and FM Radio. Press and hold to control the party lights. Double-click to turn the party lights ON/OFF.
- 2. PREV: Press to select the previous track or FM station. Press and hold down to decrease the main volume and microphone volume.
- 3. Play/Pause/TWS: Press to play or pause the current track. Press and hold for TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing.
- 4. NEXT: Press to select the next track or FM station. Press and hold down to increase the main volume and microphone volume.
Rear Panel Ports & Controls:
The rear panel provides connectivity options for various audio sources and power.
- 5. TF Card Port: Insert a TF card for MP3 format music playback.
- 6. USB Port: Insert a USB flash drive for MP3 format music playback.
- 7. POWER ON/OFF: Switch to turn the unit ON or OFF.
- 8. Power Supply: DC 5V Micro USB input for charging the device.
- 9. MIC IN: 6.35mm TRS microphone input for connecting a microphone.
- 10. AUX IN: 3.5mm TRS audio cable input for connecting external audio devices.
- 11. CHARGING LED: Indicates charging status. The LED is ON when charging and OFF when the unit is fully charged.
Key Functions
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Connection
The TWS feature allows you to pair two QFX BT-14 speakers of the same make and model to create a wireless stereo sound system.
- On the first speaker, press the "MODE" button until Bluetooth mode is enabled.
- On your mobile device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings, search for "QFX BT-14", and connect.
- Turn on the second speaker, enable its Bluetooth mode, and then press and hold the "PLAY/PAUSE/TWS" button. You will hear a sound indicating that the speakers are synchronizing.
- On your mobile device, ensure it is connected to both speakers (or confirm pairing if prompted).
- Open your preferred music application and enjoy True Wireless Stereo sound.
- To exit TWS mode, press and hold the "PLAY/PAUSE/TWS" button on either speaker.
Bluetooth Connectivity
To connect your mobile device wirelessly:
- Press the "MODE" button on the BT-14 until Bluetooth mode is activated.
- On your mobile device, open the Bluetooth settings and search for "QFX BT-14".
- Select "QFX BT-14" to pair the devices. Once paired, you can enjoy music playback. The connection will be remembered for future use, even when switching modes.
FM Radio
The BT-14 can tune into FM radio stations.
- Press the "MODE" button to select FM mode.
- To scan for available stations, press and hold the "Play/Pause" button. The unit will automatically search and store stations within the frequency band of 87.8 MHz to 108 MHz.
- Available stations will be stored as presets (P1-P99) and can be selected using the PREV/NEXT buttons.
Microphone Input
The unit features a 6.35mm TRS microphone input for karaoke or announcements.
- Connect a compatible microphone using a 6.35mm TRS cable to the "MIC IN" port.
- Ensure the microphone is switched ON and its volume is adjusted using the PREV/NEXT buttons (when in MIC mode or if volume controls are shared).

Limited Product Warranty Policy
QFX, Inc. provides a limited warranty for its products, covering defects in material or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for a specified Warranty Period. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty period includes separate coverage for Parts and Labor, commencing from the original date of purchase. QFX will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or any component thereof, free of charge for parts and labor within the specified coverage period. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Misuse, abuse, or immersion in liquids.
- Improper installation or shipping damage.
- Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood), unauthorized repairs, power surges, incorrect voltage, or cosmetic wear.
- Alteration or removal of the product's serial number.
Commercial Use Limitations
The QFX BT-14 is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not warranted for commercial or rental applications, nor for any use where the integrity of stored data is critical (e.g., medical or lifesaving applications).
Product Returns
To process a return, customers must contact QFX Customer Support. The product must be returned prepaid, in its original packaging or a suitable substitute, along with a dated sales receipt, a detailed description of the issue, customer contact information, all accessories, and a cashier's check or money order for the specified return shipping and handling fees. For detailed instructions and specific fees, please refer to the QFX website or contact Customer Support.
Legal Disclaimer
This written warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. QFX's liability is limited to the cumulative product fees paid by the customer for the product causing the damages.
Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all customers. This warranty provides specific legal rights that may vary by jurisdiction.
