Safety Information
This section contains important information about the operation of your device and how to use it safely. Read this information carefully before using your device.
Electronic Device Usage
Do not use your device if its use is prohibited. Do not use the device if doing so causes danger or interference with other electronic devices.
Interference with Medical Equipment
Follow rules and regulations set forth by hospitals and health care facilities. Do not use your device where prohibited. Some wireless devices may affect the performance of hearing aids or pacemakers; consult your service provider. Pacemaker manufacturers recommend a minimum distance of 15 cm between a device and a pacemaker. If using a pacemaker, hold the device on the side opposite the pacemaker and do not carry it in your front pocket.
Protecting Your Hearing
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. Using a headset at high volumes may damage your hearing. Lower the headset volume to a safe level. Exposure to high volumes while driving may cause distraction and increase the risk of an accident.
Areas with Flammables and Explosives
Do not use the device where flammables or explosives are stored (e.g., gas stations, oil depots, chemical plants). Using your device in these environments increases the risk of explosion or fire. Follow instructions indicated in text or symbols. Do not store or transport the device in containers with flammable liquids, gases, or explosives.
Traffic Security
Observe local laws and regulations. To reduce the risk of accidents, do not use your wireless device while driving. Concentrate on driving. Do not hold the device while driving; use hands-free accessories. When making or answering a call, pull off the road safely and park the vehicle first. RF signals may affect electronic systems of motor vehicles; consult the vehicle manufacturer. Do not place the device over or in the air bag deployment area in a motor vehicle. Wireless devices may interfere with airplane flight systems; do not use where prohibited by airline regulations.
Operating Environment
Avoid dusty, damp, or dirty environments, and magnetic fields. Using the device in these environments may result in circuit malfunctions. Do not use your device during thunderstorms to protect it from lightning. Ideal operating temperatures are 0°C to 35°C; ideal storage temperatures are -20°C to 45°C. Extreme heat or cold may damage the device. Do not expose your device to direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Protect your device from fire or electrical shock hazards by avoiding rain and moisture. Keep the device away from heat sources like heaters, microwaves, stoves, or candles. Do not place sharp metal objects near the earpiece or speaker. If the device overheats, stop using it. Prolonged skin exposure to an overheated device may cause low-temperature burns. Do not use the camera flash directly in the eyes of people or pets. Do not touch the device's antenna, as this may reduce communication quality. Do not allow children or pets to bite or suck the device or accessories. Observe local laws and regulations and respect privacy and legal rights.
Child Safety
Letting children play with the device or accessories can be dangerous. The device includes detachable parts that may present a choking hazard. Keep away from children. The device and accessories are not intended for use by children; they should only be used with adult supervision.
Accessories
Using unapproved or incompatible power adapters, chargers, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards. Choose only accessories approved by the manufacturer. Using other accessories may void the warranty, violate local regulations, and be dangerous. If the power cable is damaged, stop using it immediately. Do not touch the power cord with wet hands. Do not touch the device or charger with wet hands. If your charger has been exposed to water or excessive moisture, only an authorized service center should inspect it.
Battery Safety
Do not connect battery poles with conductors like keys or jewelry. Keep the battery away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not attempt to modify or remanufacture the battery, insert foreign objects, or immerse it in liquids. If the battery leaks, flush affected skin or eyes with clean water and consult a doctor. If the battery deforms, changes color, or overheats, stop using it immediately. Do not put batteries in fire; they may explode. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Do not allow children or pets to bite or suck the battery. Do not smash or pierce the battery. Do not drop the device or battery. If the standby time shortens significantly, replace the battery.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the device and accessories dry. Do not use external heat sources like microwave ovens or hair dryers. Do not expose your device or accessories to extreme heat or cold. Avoid collision. Before cleaning, stop using the device, close all applications, and disconnect all cables. Do not use chemical detergents, powders, or agents like alcohol and benzene. Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth. Do not place magnetic stripe cards near the device for extended periods. Do not dismantle or remanufacture the device or accessories; this voids the warranty. If the device screen is broken, stop using it and contact an authorized service center.
Emergency Calls
The availability of emergency calls depends on cellular network quality, service provider policy, and local laws. Never rely solely on your device for critical communications like medical emergencies.

A symbol indicating that the device and its electrical accessories should not be disposed of as normal household garbage, but handed over to an authorized collection center for recycling or proper disposal.
Safety Precautions
Use wireless hands-free systems with low power Bluetooth emitters. Ensure the cell phone has a low SAR. Keep calls short or send SMS, especially for children, adolescents, and pregnant women. Use the cell phone when signal quality is good. People with active medical implants should keep the cell phone at least 15 cm away from the implant.

SAR Information Statement
Your wireless phone is a radio transmitter and receiver designed not to exceed emission limits for radio frequency (RF) energy exposure set by the FCC. The guidelines establish permitted RF energy levels for the general population. The SAR limit for wireless mobile phones is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted at the highest certified power level. The actual SAR level may be lower as the phone operates at multiple power levels. The highest SAR value for this model at the ear is 0.79 W/Kg, and when worn on the body is 1.24 W/Kg. The maximum scaled SAR in hotspot mode is 1.40 W/Kg. All reported SAR levels comply with FCC RF exposure guidelines. SAR information can be found on the FCC website (http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid) by searching for FCC ID: 2ADINS6505L. Additional SAR information is available on the CTIA website (http://www.wow-com.com).
