1. Connect to Dongle
Insert the included batteries. 2 batteries are included in the package.
Install the 2.4G dongle and turn on the keyboard. GO Keys connect automatically.

2. Connect via Bluetooth
Briefly press the CONNECT button. Switch to your preferred connection:
- Purple LED = 2.4G
- Blue LED = Bluetooth 1
- Yellow LED = Bluetooth 2
Press and hold the CONNECT button until the LED light blinks in pairing mode. Select "JLab GO Keys" in your device settings.

Quick Connect Switch (Fn+1/2/3): Allows quick switching between connected devices.
Switch Keyboard Layout (Fn+Q/W/E): Switch keyboard layout for Mac / Android / Windows.
Media Controls
- Volume -/+ : Rotate
- Play / Pause: Press once
- Next Track: Double-press
- Previous Track: Press and hold
Fn Lock: Lock/Unlock Fn key functionality.
Fn + Right Shift: Lock / Unlock the Fn key (refer to shortcut keys).
Special Characters
The symbols on the left (grey) are for Mac mode. The symbols on the right (white) are for PC mode.
Access Mac characters (indicated by a grey circle) using the Option key.
Access PC symbols (indicated by a white circle) using the Right Alt key.

Quick Tips
- When connecting via Bluetooth on Mac/PC/Android, ensure the GO Keyboard is in Bluetooth 1 or Bluetooth 2 setting. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the light starts blinking. Select "JLab GO Keys" in your device settings to connect.
- If the device does not connect, forget "JLab GO Keys" in your device settings. Turn the GO Keyboard off and on. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the light blinks to enter pairing mode. Re-enter device settings to repair.
- If the 2.4G USB dongle does not register the connection: 1. Remove the dongle. 2. Press Fn + 1 to set the 2.4G connection. 3. Press and hold the CONNECT button until the purple light blinks. 4. Re-insert the dongle.
- Keys cannot be removed. Do not attempt to remove them under any circumstances.
- Do not clean the keyboard by spraying cleaning spray directly onto it. Spray a cloth or microfiber fabric lightly and wipe the keyboard.
- Disconnect all wireless devices and reset to factory settings by holding down "T"+"H"+"J" for over 3 seconds.
