Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Julio 2025 Sweepstakes
1. DEFINITIONS
Sweepstakes: Refers to the “Sorteo Galaxy Unpacked Julio 2025” organized by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS IBERIA, S.A. Sociedad Unipersonal (hereinafter, “Samsung”), under the terms and conditions described in these rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”).
Event: Refers to the “Galaxy Unpacked” event to be held on July 9, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM (Spanish time), where the new Samsung Galaxy device will be presented and will be broadcast through Samsung's social networks.
Customer Service Phone: Refers to the phone number 91 022 0262 during public service hours from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, or customer service via the website https://www.samsung.com/es/support/contact/.
Territory: Refers to the territorial scope where the Sweepstakes will take place, which will be limited to the Spanish territory.
2. ORGANIZER
The organization of the Sweepstakes is carried out by Samsung, with N.I.F.: A-59308114 and registered office at Parque Empresarial Omega, Edificio C, Avenida de la Transición Española number 32, 28108, Alcobendas, Madrid.
3. VALIDITY PERIOD
The validity period of the Sweepstakes begins on June 24, 2025, and ends on July 1, 2025 (both inclusive).
4. OBJECT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
The object of the Sweepstakes is the promotion of the Event and the new Samsung Galaxy that will be presented at the Event.
5. PRIZE
The participant in the Sweepstakes who, according to these Rules, is the winner, will obtain one (1) discount code, redeemable for the Samsung E-Store (https://shop.samsung.com/es/), for up to three hundred (300€) euros, for the purchase of new products launched on the day of the Event, the value of which will depend on the product acquired:
- In case of selecting the Samsung Smartphone from the highest monetary value category that will be presented and launched on the day of the Event, the winner will have a code of three hundred (300€).
- In case of selecting the Samsung Smartphone device from the lower monetary value category that will be presented and launched on the day of the Event, the winner will have a code of one hundred and fifty (150€) euros.
The Prize will not include any benefit different from those expressly established in this Section. Consequently, any benefit different from those included in the previous description will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
The Prize must be redeemed at https://shop.samsung.com/es/ during the pre-order period, between July 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025 (inclusive), in accordance with the provisions of section 7 of these Rules.
Participants must comply with the participation conditions and the mechanics established in these Rules.
Prizes will not be subject to change, cancellation, alteration, or compensation at the request of the winner. If a winning participant rejects a Prize, no alternative will be offered. Prizes will be personal and non-transferable without the possibility of resale.
A total of twenty (20) winning codes will be selected.
6. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
- Only individuals acting as consumers, aged 18 or over and residing in the Territory, may participate in the Sweepstakes.
- Interested users will participate in the Sweepstakes by registering for the Event during the Sweepstakes Validity Period through one of the channels described in section 7 of these Rules, and answering a series of questions about their relationship with the Samsung brand (hereinafter, the “Additional Questions”).
- Participation in the Sweepstakes is free.
- Only one (1) participation per person and per Samsung Account is allowed.
- The identity of participants may be verified, if necessary, through official documents (DNI, passport, driver's license, etc.).
- Non-compliance by any participant with the conditions established in the Rules will result in the automatic cancellation of their participation. Likewise, any false declaration, indication of false identity, or fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, if applicable, the obligation to return the Prize if it has already been delivered or its value if it has already been enjoyed.
- Express acceptance of these Rules is a necessary condition for participation in the Sweepstakes and, consequently, for obtaining the Prize described in Section 5. By registering for the Event and answering the Additional Questions according to the procedure indicated in Section 7, the user of the Application will be deemed to accept the Rules. Samsung will reject any participation request that does not comply with the conditions established in these Rules.
- Without limiting in any way the rights recognized to consumers by the applicable provisions, Samsung is not responsible for loss or delay due to any interruption, temporary lack of availability or continuity of operation, problem in transmission, loss of information, fraud, network defect, software malfunction, access failure, communication or response failure, or alteration due to technical problems or other nature beyond its control.
- In case of cancellation of the Event by the organizer or for any other cause beyond Samsung's control, Samsung may cancel the Sweepstakes and/or offer a Prize considered equivalent. Similarly, in case of cancellation or modification for any other cause beyond Samsung's control, Samsung may cancel the Sweepstakes, modify the dates, organization, or accessory details of the Prize to adjust them to the calendar, and/or offer a Prize considered equivalent.
- Samsung is not responsible for the termination, suspension, or early cancellation of the Event, participation therein, and/or modification of the calendar (i) by the corresponding authorities (including, but not limited to, security forces and bodies) or (ii) by Samsung, when security reasons or incidents beyond its control so advise.
7. SWEEPSTAKES MECHANICS
To participate in the Sweepstakes, interested users must pre-register for the Event and answer the Additional Questions through one of the following four (4) channels:
- i. Via the banner located on the Samsung website https://www.samsung.com/es/unpacked. By clicking on the banner, the user will be redirected to a registration form where they will be asked, in particular, for the following details: name, surnames, and email address. In the form, the participant must also answer the Additional Questions about Samsung products.
- ii. Via the link provided through the email they eventually receive, provided they have expressly accepted the sending of commercial communications from Samsung. By clicking on said link, the user will be registered for the Event and redirected to the questionnaire where they must answer the Additional Questions about Samsung products.
- iii. By interacting with the Push notification they may receive, provided they have expressly given prior consent to receive this type of notification. By clicking on the notification, the user will be registered for the Event and redirected to the questionnaire where they must answer the Additional Questions about Samsung products.
- iv. Via the banners located in the Samsung Members application. By clicking on one of the banners, the user will be registered for the Event, and a link will be displayed where they will be redirected to the questionnaire to answer the Additional Questions about Samsung products.
Prior to the Sweepstakes Validity Period, a secret draw was held using the “winning moments” method, which assigns twenty (20) specific slots for the Sweepstakes winners. The list of “winning moments” has been deposited with the Notary before whom these Rules are also deposited.
After verifying the winner's identity, Samsung will send a communication to the email address provided by the participants in the registration form, informing them about the pre-order and notifying the Sweepstakes winners of their status. For this purpose, in the communication sent by Samsung, the winning participants will directly receive the discount code they will have to use in the E-Store for the pre-order of the new Samsung devices that will be launched on the day of the Event.
Winning participants must redeem the discount code in the Samsung E-Store during the pre-order period between July 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025 (inclusive).
If there are not enough participants to fill the winning positions, if the winner cannot be located as per the above, if they do not accept the Prize, if they are not entitled to a Prize, if they have breached these Rules, or if they renounce the Prize, the Prize will be assigned to the first reserve participant according to the previous procedure. If the first reserve participant does not accept the Prize or renounces it, or is not entitled to the Prize, Samsung will assign the Prize to the second reserve, and so on, until all reserve participants are exhausted.
In the event that there are not enough participants to fill the winning positions, if the winner and the reserve participant cannot be located as per the above, if they do not accept the Prize, if they are not entitled to a Prize, if they have breached these Rules, or if they renounce the Prize, Samsung reserves the right to choose between: (i) declaring the Prize void, or (ii) holding another draw before a notary among the effective participants of the Sweepstakes, without undue delay, to assign the Prize. Likewise, if for any other reason the Prize cannot be assigned in accordance with these Rules, Samsung reserves the right to hold another draw before a notary, by which the same number of winners and reserve participants as initially provided in these Rules will be chosen, from all effective participants of the Sweepstakes, without undue delay.
The winner of the Sweepstakes or the condition of a void Prize will be published in the article featuring the "Advantages" of the Samsung Members application in the month following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Persons who have been involved in the organization of the sweepstakes, or employees of Samsung, any of its subsidiaries, any company with a stake in Samsung, any company linked to Samsung, or third parties collaborating with Samsung for the organization and management of the Sweepstakes, nor their relatives, ascendants, descendants, spouses, or de facto partners, may not be selected as winners.

In case of any incident in the Sweepstakes, the participant can contact the Customer Service Phone.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected within the scope of the sweepstakes will be processed by Samsung in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy located at https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/es/docs/PP-promociones-SESA.pdf.
12. DEPOSIT OF RULES WITH NOTARY
The Rules of this Sweepstakes are deposited with the Notary of the Illustrious College of Notaries of Madrid, D. Juan Kutz Azqueta, and will be available through the four (4) participation channels of the Sweepstakes: in the Samsung website registration form, in the email that participants will receive, the Shop App, and the Samsung Members application.
