Triumph Tiger Explorer ABS TC 2016-2020 (SH-CAN)
Preparation Steps
To begin the installation, first secure the motorcycle on a stand for stability.
Next, remove the seats, side fairings, and the fuel tank along with the airbox to access the necessary components.
Locate the ABS connector, which is situated under the fuel tank.

ABS Connector Wiring Instructions
Identify the Red wire connected to the ABS module. Cut this wire approximately 2.5cm (1 inch) from the connector.
Connect the Green wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH Green wire) to the cut end of the Red wire that leads towards the ABS module. Use a yellow butt connector for this connection.
Connect the Blue wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH Blue wire) to the other cut end of the Red wire, which is part of the main wiring harness. Use another yellow butt connector.
Next, identify the Blue wire connected to the ABS module. Cut this wire approximately 2.5cm (1 inch) from the connector.
Connect the White wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH White wire) to the cut end of the Blue wire that leads towards the ABS module. Use a yellow butt connector.

Auxiliary Power Outlet Wiring
Connect the Yellow wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH Yellow wire) to the cut end of the Blue wire that is part of the wiring harness. Use a yellow butt connector.
Splice the Red wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH Red wire) to the Green wire of the ABS connector. Utilize a red wire tap connector for this splice.
Splice the Black wire from the SpeedoHealer CAN unit (SH Black wire) to the Black wire of the auxiliary power outlet connector. Employ a red wire tap connector for this connection.
Final Unit Placement
With the wiring complete, the SpeedoHealer CAN unit is ready for installation. A typical mounting position for the unit is illustrated in the final images.
Ensure the unit is securely fastened in its chosen location to guarantee it remains stable and protected.
