Front and rear adjustment: Loosen the knob at the bottom of the saddle and slide the saddle back and forth. Tighten the knob after adjustment.
Adjustment of handrail height
A. Adjust handrail height by rotating the pull pin, loosening it, and moving the column up or down.
B. Align the pull pin with the handrail column hole and tighten clockwise to secure the height.
If the handle lever is stiff, apply lubricating oil. Be cautious as your hands may get dirty.
Note: Do not exceed the "STOP" mark at the minimum insertion depth when adjusting.
Adjustment of foot pad
To ensure a smooth and stable ride, adjust the foot pads on the front and rear leg tubes until the bike is stable on the floor.
Emergency stop and use method of brakes
- About emergency stop: The flywheel and pedals are linked. If the flywheel is rotating, the pedals will also rotate. Do not remove feet while pedals are rotating. To stop in an emergency, press the brake knob downward until the bike stops.
- How to use brakes: To stop after reaching a certain speed, place your hand on the knob and push it down to gradually add resistance and stop the bike.
Machine handling instructions
- When moving the product, hold the front of the handle and push down so the front wheels touch the ground.
- For easier movement, especially for women and the elderly, hold the front leg tube with your feet and press down on the front of the steering wheel to lift. To put it down, fix the front leg tube with your feet before lowering.

Note: Reverse touch supports both Android and iOS mobile phones. Currently, a connecting cable is required for reverse control.
Application scenarios of reverse control:
- When mirroring wirelessly, control the phone and device via the touch screen through a cable connection.
- For iPhones with a Lightning interface, use a Type-C cable and adapter for touch screen control when mirroring wirelessly.
- When using a Type-C cable for DP projection, reverse control is already achieved.
To achieve reverse touch on iPhone: You need to first set up the phone's accessibility settings (Zoom feature). Android phones do not require this setting.
