Before using the X5 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds.
Comes with three pairs of rubber eartips. Please choose the best fit for you.
If the sound becomes low without control, please use tweezers to carefully remove the net inside the earbuds.
If the earbuds do not charge, please clean the charging slot on the case and the contact surface on the earbuds.
Powering On/Off
Power On
Automatically
Earbuds power on automatically when removed from the charging case.
Manually
Long touch and hold BOTH earbuds for 4 seconds until the blue light blinks.
Power Off
Automatically
Earbuds power off automatically when placed back into the charging case.
Manually
Long touch and hold BOTH earbuds for 8 seconds until BOTH blue lights blink 3 times.
Note: When the charging case is at low battery or out of power, the earbuds will not automatically power on/off. Please turn them on/off manually by long touching for 4 seconds.
Wearing
1. Put the earbuds into your ears.
2. Rotate the earbuds until the end of the ear hook is inserted behind the ear for a secure fit.
Connecting the Earbuds
The earbuds will sync together and enter pairing mode automatically when first used or reset.
- Power on the earbuds and turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Select "X5" from the list of available Bluetooth devices and confirm the pairing.
Touch Control
- Play/Pause: Tap one time (Left or Right earbud)
- Previous/Next track: Tap 3 times (Left or Right earbud)
- Volume down/up: Tap twice (Left or Right earbud)
- Activate Siri/other voice control software: Touch and hold for 1 second (Left or Right earbud)
- Answer a call: Tap one time (Left or Right earbud)
- Reject/End a call: Touch and hold for 1 second (Left or Right earbud)
- Game Mode: Tap 4 times (Left or Right earbud). This mode automatically returns to normal after powering off.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will begin charging automatically.
Charging the Case
Connect the included Type-C cable to the charging case and a power source.

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along the railway and the airport?
A: There are usually many underground cable lines in these areas, which can cause electromagnetic interference, leading to signal interruption.
Q: My earbuds don't charge, what can I do?
A: Please try the following steps:
- Clean the charging slot on the charging case.
- Clean the charging connector on the earbuds.
Q: Why won't my earbuds power on/off automatically?
A: The earbuds may not power off automatically when the charging case has low battery or is out of power. Please recharge the case. You can also manually power on/off by long touching the earbuds for 4 seconds.
Q: Will Bluetooth mice cause signal interference?
A: Possibly. If your Bluetooth mouse and earbuds are connected to the same device, interference may occur.
