Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: The foot roller cannot be fixed in a position.
A: The footrest unit will automatically extend to suit taller individuals. However, the stretchable design of the footrest is not in a fixed position. We do not recommend forcibly stretching the legs during the massage. If excessive force is applied, it will not achieve the effect of relaxing massage and may cause injuries.
- Q: Intensity and strength are too strong or too weak.
A: The massage intensity and strength were adjusted according to local US customers after extensive testing. The intensity and strength of this massage chair are generally lower than those of products in the same industry.
- Q: How to activate zero gravity without massaging.
A: Go to the Menu -> Airbag section. Turn off all buttons and manual modes. Then, long-press the backrest/footrest up or down buttons to enjoy the zero gravity position.
Note: If there are any abnormal issues, please turn off the massage chair and contact the local distributor or support center.
