Helpful Suggestions for the User
A guide for environmentally friendly and economic use of your appliance.
Maximise The Load Size
- Achieve optimal energy, water, detergent, and time use by loading the recommended maximum load size. Save up to 50% energy by washing a full load instead of two half loads.
Do You Need to Pre-wash?
- For heavily soiled laundry only! Save detergent, time, water, and 5-15% energy by NOT selecting Prewash for slight to normally soiled laundry.
Is a Hot Wash Required?
- Pretreat stains with stain remover or soak dried stains before washing to reduce the need for a hot wash program. Save up to 50% energy by using a 60°C wash program.
The following provides tips and recommendations on detergent use at various temperatures. Always read detergent instructions for correct use and doses.
- For heavily soiled whites, use cotton programs of 60°C or above with a heavy-duty washing powder containing bleaching agents.
- For washes between 40°C and 60°C, use detergents appropriate for the fabric type and soiling level. Normal powders suit "white" or colour-fast, high-soiling fabrics. Liquid detergents or "colour protecting" powders suit coloured fabrics with light soiling.
- For washing below 40°C, use liquid detergents or those specifically labeled for low-temperature washing.
- For wool or silk, use detergents specifically formulated for these fabrics.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the washing machine exterior with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasives, alcohol, or solvents. Regularly clean the soap drawer and pump filters for optimal wash performance. A monthly service wash with a proprietary cleaner is also recommended.
Drawer Cleaning
- Clean the drawer to prevent detergent and additive residue buildup.
- Extract the drawer, clean it with running water, and reinsert it.
- Ensure the siphon cap is correctly refitted.
Filter Cleaning
- The machine has a special filter to trap large residues (buttons, coins) that could clog the drain.
- On certain models: pull out the corrugated hose, remove the stopper, and drain water into a container. Ensure the drum is empty.
- Before unscrewing the filter, place an absorbent cloth underneath to catch dripping water.
- Turn the filter counter-clockwise to the limit stop.
- Remove and clean the filter. Replace it by turning clockwise. The filter handle locks when fully tightened (horizontal position). Smearing a small amount of liquid soap on the seal can aid refitting.
- Repeat steps in reverse to reassemble.
Suggestions for Moves or Prolonged Disuse
- If storing the machine in an unheated room for a long period, drain all water from tubes.
- Unplug the washing machine.
- Detach the drain tube from the drainage system, clip it to the rear of the machine, and lower it to drain water into a bowl.
- Secure the drain tube to the drainage system and clip it to the rear of the machine when finished.
- Keep the door glass and gasket clean.
The manufacturer's warranty covers mechanical or electrical faults. Faults caused by handling, installation, or misuse are not covered and may incur charges.

Detergent Effects and Wireless Parameters
Effects of Ecological Detergents
- Cloudier rinse drain water: Due to suspended zeolites, with no negative effect on rinse efficiency.
- White powder (zeolites) on laundry: Normal; powder is not absorbed and does not change colour. Select a rinse program to remove. Consider using less detergent in the future.
- Foam in water at last rinse: Does not necessarily indicate poor rinsing. Consider using less detergent.
- Abundant foam: Often due to anionic surfactants hard to eliminate. Do not re-rinse; conduct a maintenance wash with a proprietary cleaner.
If problems persist, contact an Authorised Customer Service Centre. Always use original spare parts.
Wireless Parameters (for model with NFC function)
Parameter | Specifications |
