This document provides the user manual for the Soundcore Life Q20 headphones. It covers various aspects of using the product, from initial setup to advanced features and specifications.

The Soundcore Life Q20 are wireless over-ear Bluetooth headphones featuring Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling, 40-hour playtime, Hi-Res Audio, and Deep Bass. They are designed for comfort with memory foam ear cups and are suitable for travel and home office use.

Product Diagram and Controls

The headphones feature several controls:

• Power Button: Located on the right earcup. Used for powering the device on/off and pairing.
• Volume Buttons (+/-): Located on the right earcup. Used for adjusting volume and skipping tracks.
• Multi-function Button: Located on the right earcup. Used for play/pause, answering/ending calls, and activating voice assistants.
• ANC Button: Located on the left earcup. Used for switching between Active Noise Cancelling modes.
• AUX Port: Located on the left earcup. For wired listening.
• USB-C Charging Port: Located on the right earcup.

Status Indicators:

• Flashing blue: Bluetooth pairing mode
• Steady blue: Connected to a device (not playing music)
• Flashing blue (slow): On a call or incoming call
• Steady red: Charging
• Off: Fully charged or device off
• Steady green: ANC mode on

Powering On / Off

• Power On: Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds. The status indicator will flash blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The status indicator will show a steady red for 1 second.
• ANC On: Press and hold the ANC button for more than 1 second. The NC LED indicator will show steady green.
• ANC Off: Press and hold the ANC button for more than 1 second. The NC LED indicator will turn off.

Pairing

To enter Bluetooth pairing mode when the Life Q20 is off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The indicator will flash blue rapidly.

Connect to your device via Bluetooth. The indicator will turn steady blue when connected.

Controls

Bluetooth Mode

• Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button for 1 second.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button for 1 second.
• Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second.

EQ Modes

• Normal Equalizer: Press the multi-function button twice.
• BassUP™ (Dual Equalizer): Press the multi-function button twice again.

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)

ANC mode blocks noise from the surrounding environment. Press and hold the ANC button for 1 second to activate or deactivate ANC.

Mobile Phone

• Answer / End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second.
• Switch Calls: Press the multi-function button twice to switch between a held call and an active call.

Aux-in Mode

Plugging in an audio cable to the AUX port will automatically switch to AUX mode. Bluetooth and ANC modes will turn off.

Charging Your Headphones

Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headphones and a power source. The status indicator will show steady red while charging.

Battery Status:

• Low Battery: Flashing red once every 60 seconds (Bluetooth LED indicator). A voice prompt will notify you when there are only 2 hours of playtime left, and every 30 minutes thereafter.
• Charging: Steady red (Status indicator).
• Fully Charged: Off (Status indicator).

Note: Do not switch on Life Q20 while charging.
