Charging
- Ensure the USB port is completely dry before charging.
- Use the provided or a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to prevent damage.
- Do not power on the headphones while charging.
LED Indicators:

Powering On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on or off.

Bluetooth Pairing
Pairing with a Device:
- When powered off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Select "Soundcore Life Q30" on your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

Pairing with Another Device: When successfully connected with the first device, press the power button twice to pair with another device.
Multi-Device Connection
Your Soundcore headphones can play music from one mobile device at a time. To play from another connected device, pause the currently active device first.
Each time you power on your Soundcore headphones, they will automatically connect to the last successfully connected device if it is within Bluetooth range.

NFC Mode
Near Field Communication (NFC) enables short-range wireless communication. If your Bluetooth device supports NFC, you can connect it easily.
- Enable the NFC feature on your Bluetooth device (iOS devices excluded).
- Tap the right panel of your headphones with the back of your Bluetooth device.

Noise Cancellation Mode
To reduce ambient noise, press the NC button to turn on active noise cancellation. Press the NC button again to turn it off.

Transparency Mode
To stay aware of your surroundings, touch the right panel for 1 second to activate transparency mode, allowing ambient sounds in.

AUX Mode
Play audio on an external device by plugging in a 3.5mm AUX cable.

Note: When the headphones are out of battery, you can still listen to music, but ANC mode will be unavailable.
Soundcore App
Download the Soundcore App for an enhanced experience with your headphones. The app offers:
- EQ Settings: Over 20 EQ settings to optimize your audio experience for different music genres.
- Noise Cancellation Modes: Choose from Transport (targets low-end frequencies), Outdoor (reduces city ambient sounds), and Indoor (reduces mid-frequency noise from cafes).
- Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings.
- White Noise Soundscape: Tailor your own soundscape for rest.
- Firmware Update: Receive notifications for new firmware versions.

Reset
If you experience connectivity problems or function issues, you may need to reset your headphones.
Press and hold the power button and the volume up button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately twice.
