WARNING: Special attention must be paid when using this test and measurement instrument. Improper usage may cause electric shock and damage the equipment.
- Use proper measurement category (CAT), voltage, and amperage rated probes, test leads, and adapters for the measurement.
- Do not use or store the device around explosive gas, vapor, or under high temperature and humidity.
- When handling the test probes and crocodile clips, keep your fingers behind the physical guard.
- Examine the measuring test leads (if present) before use. If any part of the insulation is deteriorated (even partially), replace them with proper functional test leads.
- Connect the common test lead before the live test lead and remove the live test lead before the common test lead.
- Before measuring current, ensure the instrument fuses are available and disconnect the power supply to the circuit being tested.
- Remove the batteries if the device is not used for an extended period of time, or if stored in temperatures above 45°C. If batteries are not removed, battery leakage can damage the device.

Measurement Instructions
AC Current (A~) Measurement
1. Open the jaws of the clamp meter and place them around the conductor carrying the current to be measured. ?️
2. Turn the rotary switch to the 'A~' position.
3. Insert the black test lead into the 'COM' jack and the red test lead into the 'A-' jack.
4. Read the measured current value on the display. Example: 5.68 A.
AC Voltage (V~) Measurement
1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V~' position.
2. Insert the black test lead into the 'COM' jack and the red test lead into the 'V' jack.
3. Connect the other ends of the test leads to the AC voltage source. Ensure correct polarity: red lead to positive (+), black lead to negative (-).
4. Read the measured AC voltage on the display. Example: 220 V.
DC Voltage (V) Measurement
1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V' position.
2. Insert the black test lead into the 'COM' jack and the red test lead into the 'V' jack.
3. Connect the other ends of the test leads to the DC voltage source. Ensure correct polarity: red lead to positive (+), black lead to negative (-).
4. Read the measured DC voltage on the display. Example: 12.57 V.
Resistance (Ω) Measurement
1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'Ω' position.
2. Insert the black test lead into the 'COM' jack and the red test lead into the 'V/Ω' jack.
3. Connect the test leads across the component or circuit to measure resistance. The device will beep for continuity if resistance is below approximately 100Ω. ?
4. Read the measured resistance on the display. Example: 500 Ω.
Frequency (Hz) Measurement
1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'Hz' position.
2. Insert the black test lead into the 'COM' jack and the red test lead into the 'V/Ω' jack.
3. Connect the test leads to the signal source for frequency measurement.
4. Read the measured frequency on the display. Example: 60 Hz.
