1. General Provisions
1.1 Promotion Name: “Sale. Up to 80% off hundreds of products”.
1.2 Organizer: The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1 Promotion Period: 02.06.2025 – 31.08.2025, or until stocks of promotional items are depleted.
2.2 Promotion Location: IKEA stationary stores in Poland, the IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), the IKEA app, and purchases made via phone and chat.
2.3 Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.
2.4 Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to the purchase of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale.
2.5 Employee Participation: IKEA employees may participate in the promotion.
2.6 Membership Requirement: To participate in the promotion, customers must be members of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment in an IKEA store. For online, phone, or chat orders, the customer's IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number must be provided at the time of ordering.
3. Detailed Promotion Terms
3.1 Promotion Details: The promotion allows IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members to purchase selected products at a lower price. A list of promotional products and the discount amount for each product is provided in Appendix 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2 below.
3.2 Exclusions: Products listed in Appendix 1 to these Regulations, purchased from the "Okazje na Okrągło" section, display items, or custom-ordered items are not included in the promotion.
3.3 Multiple Use: Customers can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.4 In-Store Purchase Condition: To benefit from the promotion in a stationary store, customers must pay for the promotional products and present their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card at the checkout. For self-service checkouts, the customer must scan their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card and the promotional products themselves.
3.5 Online/Phone/Chat Purchase Condition: For online, phone, or chat orders, customers must pay for the products and provide their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number at the time of ordering.
3.6 Product Returns: Returning products purchased during the promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1 Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation that the customer has read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2 Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted:
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff).
- In person at the IKEA Customer Service Department in an IKEA store (written form).
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- Via the complaint form available on the website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
- Via IKEA Chat, available on the website: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.
4.3 Complaint Resolution Time: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4 Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint must include the customer's contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.
4.5 Regulation Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Customer Service Department in IKEA stores and on the website: ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the obligations related to this promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.
4.7 Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or individuals whose agreement is directly related to their economic activity, but it does not have a professional character for them (as indicated by their economic activity subject, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is liable for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement, in accordance with Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects in accordance with Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8 Validity: These Regulations are effective from 02.06.2025.
