Instrument Operation
Connect probes via the sockets located at the side of the instrument. The ThermaData WiFi features an LCD displaying temperature, humidity (model dependent), Wi-Fi connecting status, MAX/MIN recorded temperatures, alarm status, and battery level. Configuring settings and connecting the logger is done through the software.
LED Indicators
- A flashing green LED indicates the logger is active and logging.
- A flashing red LED indicates that customized alarm limits have been exceeded.
Start Button/Audit Check
Pressing the Start button once immediately transmits all current saved data from the instrument to the software. Pending settings are also sent to the instrument, and the transmission/event log is clearly marked.
MAX/MIN Button
Press the MAX/MIN button once to display the maximum temperature and/or humidity (model dependent) reached during recording. Press again to display the minimum temperature and/or humidity recorded.
Open Circuit/Faulty Probe
If a probe develops an 'Open Circuit' fault, the instrument will display 'Err'.
Battery Charging
- Unscrew and remove the battery cover.
- Replace batteries, noting the correct polarity.
- Replace the battery cover, then tighten the battery screw securely.
- Dispose of old batteries appropriately.
