The digital non-programmable thermostat is a Braeburn® model number 1020NC. It measures 3.62" high x 4.72" wide x 1.38" deep. Power is supplied independently by either a 24 Volt AC source or two "AA" Alkaline batteries (3.0 Volt DC). The thermostat is compatible with single-stage gas, oil, or electric heating or cooling systems, including single-stage heat pumps and 250 mv - 750 mv millivolt heating systems. Key features include a bright blue backlight display, adjustable temperature limits, and a separate sub-base for easy installation. The temperature control range is between 45° and 90°F (7° and 32°C) with an accuracy of +/- 1°F (+/- 0.5°C). The humidity range is between 5% and 95% relative humidity. Non-volatile memory retains user settings. A low battery indicator and a front reset button are included. The thermostat can be mounted to a horizontal junction box.
