Architectural Specifications
The Braeburn 1020NC is a non-programmable digital thermostat. It measures 9.19 cm (height) x 12.00 cm (width) x 3.50 cm (depth). The thermostat is powered independently by either a 24 VAC source or two 3V DC AA alkaline batteries. It is compatible with single-stage gas, oil, or electric heating/cooling systems, including single-stage heat pumps and 250mV-750mV millivolt heating systems. The thermostat features a bright blue backlit display, adjustable temperature limits, and easy installation on a separate sub-base. The temperature control range is from 7°C to 32°C (45°F to 90°F) with an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C (+/- 1°F). The relative humidity range is 5% to 95%. The thermostat includes non-volatile memory to retain user settings. It also has a low battery indicator and a front-accessible reset button to restore default settings. The thermostat can be mounted on a horizontal junction box.
