Architectural Specifications
The Braeburn 1020NC is a non-programmable digital thermostat designed for 1 heat/1 cool conventional or heat pump systems. It operates on 24 VAC or two 3V DC AA alkaline batteries. The thermostat is compatible with single-stage gas, oil, electric, and heat pump systems, as well as 250mV-750mV millivolt heating systems. It features a blue backlit display, adjustable temperature limits, and easy installation on a separate sub-base. The temperature control range is 7° to 32°C (45° to 90°F) with an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C (+/- 1°F). The relative humidity range is 5% to 95%. The thermostat includes non-volatile memory for user settings, a low battery indicator, and a front reset button for returning to default settings. It can be mounted on a horizontal junction box.
