Product Description

With its integral driver, the cylindrical aesthetic of the T285L Series offers a simple form factor. It is designed with a unique, patent-pending, precision optical system producing uniform spot, flood, or narrow flood distributions. The 34W T285L Series delivers up to 3126 lumens, using less than 1/3 of the energy of halogen equivalents and boasting a rated life of 50,000 hours. It is available in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K color temperatures with 80 or 90 CRI options. Optional SpectralWhite color/white-enhancing versions offer CRI and Color Quality Scale (CQS) scores of 90+, rendering colors richly and making whites appear naturally brilliant. These fixtures also feature an integral, bayonet-mounted optical system for quick conversion between beam spreads.

Product Specifications

Construction

Die-cast aluminum housing and vented concealed heat sink provide outstanding thermal management, yielding 70% average lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours of operation. It features a passively-cooled design with no moving parts. The design is fashionable and elegant, complementing any decor, and is available in white, black, or silver painted finishes.

LED

High-performance LED array provides outstanding reliability, performance, and color quality/consistency. Features 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K white phosphor high-performance LEDs with chromaticity range within a 3-step MacAdam Ellipse. Offers 80 CRI minimum on standard product, with optional high CRI versions offering 90 CRI minimum. Optional SpectralWhite color/white-enhancing versions are available, making whites appear naturally brilliant and rendering colors more richly.

Driver

Assembled into the upper housing for visual integration. An insulating air gap between the driver and LED light engine optimizes thermal operation, providing quiet operation with or without dimming. 120V fixtures are dimmable using high-quality reverse phase ELV dimmers approved by Juno (see T283L-T285L-DIM). Features solid-state electronic, Class 2 compliance, integral overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and is Class B FCC Part 15 rated.

Reflector

Precision-designed custom optical system provides either spot, narrow flood, or flood beam distributions. The patent-pending, multi-step optical system ensures a properly color-mixed beam. Accessory optical assemblies are available for quick and easy conversion between beam distributions in the field.

Accessories

Filters and lenses may only be installed with an Accessory Holder, Snoot, or Barn Doors (ordered separately). A louver may only be installed with an Accessory Holder or Snoot (ordered separately). Accessory Holder, Snoot, or Barn Doors are externally mounted and attach to the fixture using three set screws. Up to two of any combination of filters, lenses, and louver may be installed simultaneously.

Trac Adapters

Juno Universal Trac Adapter: Universally compatible with Trac-Master 1-circuit or 2-circuit trac, Trac-Lites trac, monopoints, and special mountings. Also UL Recognized for use on ConTech® LT Series track. Features copper alloy contacts for precise spring action (no arcing, will not take a set), true positive electrical ground, an included On/Off switch, patented embossed polarity arrows on the adapter, and a spring-loaded positive latch with embossed polarity arrows to secure the trac light to the trac. Two-position power contact provided for two-circuit application.

Alternate TEK/HTEK Trac Adapter: Compatible with Juno TEK or HTEK trac systems. System-specific and assembled to trac fixture. Features integrally polarized construction to prevent reverse installation (only allows insertion in proper orientation), rotary circuit selector for simple switching between circuits, and an integral On/Off switch for individual fixture servicing.

Alternate GTYPE Trac Adapter: Compatible with track systems based on GES type track, including Lithonia LT Commercial Track (not LTS type). System-specific and assembled to trac fixture. Consult factory for additional information.

Alternate HTYPE Trac Adapter: Compatible with track systems using an H-type track adapter, including Lithonia LTS Decorative Track (not LT type). System-specific and assembled to trac fixture. Features two-position power contact for two-circuit application. Consult factory for additional information.

Alternate LTYPE Trac Adapter: Compatible with track systems using an L-type track adapter. System-specific and assembled to trac fixture. Features two-position power contact for two-circuit application. Consult factory for additional information.

Aiming

360° horizontal coverage and greater than 90° vertical aiming capability.
