App Function Introduction
1. APP Main Interface Introduction
The main interface displays various controls and information:
- 1-Restricted area setting
- 2-Map editing
- 3-More function
- 4-Worked time
- 5-Cleaned area
- 6-Remaining power
- 7-Switch on/off
- 8-Cleaning as required
- 9-Cleaning of selected area

2. Intelligent Cleaning (Default Mode)
The robot vacuum cleaner scans the environment, generates a map, and intelligently divides areas. It cleans each area sequentially in a Z-shape pattern and returns to the charging base when finished.
Note: For optimal map building, start the robot from the charging base during the first cleaning session.
3. Cleaning as Required
Select this function in the Laresmart app. Tap a point on the map, and the robot will move to that position and clean a 1.6m x 1.6m square area centered on itself.
4. Cleaning of Selected Area
Use the Laresmart app to select this function. Choose a specific area on the map, and the robot will clean only that designated zone.
Note: To ensure the robot stays within the selected area and for safety, clear any obstacles around the planned zone. This function does not provide safety isolation.
5. Cleaning of Defined Area
Select this function in the Laresmart app. Choose one or more defined areas on the map, and the robot will clean them.
Note: Similar to 'Cleaning of Selected Area', clear obstacles around defined zones for optimal performance and safety. This function does not provide safety isolation.
6. Restricted Area Setting
Use the Laresmart app to edit restricted areas. Select and set zones on the map that the robot should not enter during cleaning.
Notes:
- This feature is for defining cleaning boundaries and should not be used to block hazardous areas.
- If the robot is moved or the home environment changes significantly, the map and restricted areas may become invalid.

Important Safety Precautions
To ensure safe operation and prevent damage:
- Remove any power lines or debris from the floor that could cause the robot to trip.
- Clean carpet tassels or ensure the robot operates on short-hair rugs.
- If furniture has gaps less than 8cm at the bottom, the robot may get stuck. Remove such furniture or clear the path.
- Place a guardrail at the edge of multi-level floors (e.g., duplexes) to ensure the product's safe operation.
