Safety Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before operating the appliance and retain them for future reference.
- The appliance is intended solely for domestic use within the home. Do not use corrosive chemicals or vapors. This oven is designed for preparing food and not for industrial or laboratory use.
- Do not place any objects between the oven door and its frame. Ensure the door and sealing surfaces are kept clean.
- Warning: Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers as they may explode due to pressure.
- Repairs to electrical appliances should only be carried out by qualified technicians. It is dangerous to perform repairs that require opening the appliance casing.
- Caution: Avoid touching hot surfaces, especially the inside of the oven. The exterior can become hot!
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children. Children may not be aware of the dangers associated with electrical appliances. Never let children operate electrical appliances unsupervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.
- The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instruction on the safe use of the appliance and understand the associated hazards. Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by children unless supervised.
- Only use utensils suitable for oven use.
- The oven should be cleaned regularly, and food residues removed.
- Never use a high-pressure cleaner or steam cleaner to clean the oven.
- In case of smoke, switch off the oven and unplug it from the socket. Keep the door closed to stifle any flames.
- Ensure the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Do not place accessories on the open oven door.
- Never cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil. Foil blocks heat flow, leading to inferior cooking results and potentially damaging the oven bottom enamel.
- The oven has a cooling fan that may continue to run for some time after the oven is switched off.
- The appliance should only be connected by a registered installer.
- Faulty parts may only be replaced by original parts to ensure safety compliance.
- Damage caused by incorrect connection, fitting, or use is not covered by the warranty.
- If the connecting cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their service organization, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazardous situations.
- The electrical connection must comply with national and local regulations.
- The wall socket and plug must always be accessible.
- The appliance should not be connected via a multi-plug socket or extension lead, as safe use cannot be guaranteed.
- The appliance must always be earthed.
- Only use and store the appliance indoors.
- Do not use the oven near water, in a wet basement/garage, or near a swimming pool.
- Do not cover any oven vents.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, and keep it away from heated surfaces.
- Failure to maintain the oven clean can lead to deterioration and hazardous situations.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Before plugging into a socket, check that your home voltage corresponds with the voltage printed on the appliance.
- Never unplug by pulling the cable.
- Always ensure your hands are dry before handling the plug, switch, or power cord.
- If you decide not to use the appliance anymore, make it inoperative by cutting the power cord after removing the plug from the socket. We recommend making all potentially dangerous parts harmless, especially for children.
- Never immerse any part of the main body, lid, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid to protect against electrical hazards.
- If the appliance is used for purposes other than intended, or not handled according to the manual, the user bears full responsibility for any consequences. Damages to the product or other items are not covered by the warranty.
- Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for reuse and recycling. Equipment marked with the symbol for separate collection must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
Appliance Description
The oven features the following components:

Before First Use
Before using the appliance for the first time:
- Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packaging material. Keep packaging out of reach of children.
- Check the appliance for any damage that may have occurred during transport.
- Verify that your home's voltage matches the voltage indicated on the appliance.
- Follow the installation instructions in chapter 8.
- Clean the inside of the oven and accessories with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Operate the oven for approximately 90 minutes at 250°C to burn off any residual grease that might cause unpleasant smells during cooking. Ensure the room is well-ventilated during this process.
Using the Oven
The oven is operated using two knobs: one for temperature and one for function selection and power.
Oven Functions
Oven Function | Description |
---|---|
Oven light | The oven lamp can be switched on independently or automatically when an oven function is selected. |
Defrost | For slowly thawing frozen food. Air circulation at room temperature aids quicker defrosting without heat. |
Double grill with fan | The inner and outer heating elements in the top of the oven work with the fan for even heating, suitable for grilling large amounts of meat. |
Double grill | The inner and outer heating elements in the top of the oven work together, suitable for grilling larger quantities of food. |
Grill - small | The inner grill element is active for grilling meat, fish, toast, or gratins. |
Conventional with fan | The heat from the top and bottom elements is circulated by the fan throughout the oven for even cooking. |
Top and bottom heating element | Heat is provided by the top and bottom elements. Place the dish in the center of the oven. Ideal for pizzas, meat, flans, or cake. |
Bottom heating element | Only the bottom heating element radiates heat, ideal for slow cooking dishes or warming food, providing a crispy base. |
Clock Functions
Setting the Time of Day
Upon plugging in the appliance, '12:30' will appear on the display, accompanied by a beep, and the hours will blink. Set the correct time before use. The clock is a 24-hour format.
- Press the [+] or [-] button to adjust the hour. Hold the button for faster adjustment.
- Confirm the hour by pressing the clock button. The minutes will then blink.
- Press the [+] or [-] button to adjust the minutes. Hold the button for faster adjustment.
- Confirm the minutes by pressing the clock button.
- The time can be adjusted at any time by pressing both the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously for over 3 seconds.
Switching the Oven On and Off
If the timer is in standby mode, press the clock button for more than 3 seconds to enter manual mode (indicated by a lit symbol). The oven will automatically switch off after cooking if a timer is set.
- Switching On: Turn the oven function knob to the desired setting and the temperature knob to the desired temperature. The thermostat light will extinguish once the set temperature is reached. Preheating takes approximately 10 minutes.
- Switching Off: Turn the oven function knob and the temperature knob back to the 'off' setting.
- To return to standby mode, press both the [-] and [+] buttons for more than 3 seconds.
Using the Clock Menu
The clock menu offers the following functions: minute minder, automatic switch-off by cooking time or end time, and a fully automatic on/off function. Press the clock button repeatedly until the oven symbol appears to access these functions.
Setting the Minute Minder Timer
The minute minder provides an audible signal when the set time has passed. It does not affect oven operation.
- Press the clock button to select the minute minder; the alarm symbol will blink.
- Press [+] or [-] to set the desired time. Hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the clock button again to confirm. The alarm symbol will light continuously once set.
- When the time is up, a beep will sound, and the alarm symbol will blink. Press any key for over 3 seconds to silence the alarm and clear the symbol.
- Press [+] and [-] simultaneously for over 3 seconds to return to standby mode if the oven is not in use.
Automatic Switch-Off According to Cooking Time
The oven will automatically switch off once the set cooking time has elapsed. The oven functions at the preset temperature and function for the duration of the set time. Maximum cooking time is 10 hours.
- Press the clock button repeatedly until 'Dur' appears.
- Set the cooking time using [+] or [-] (max 10 hours). Hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the clock button again to confirm.
- Set the oven function and temperature. The 'A' (auto) symbol and will light up.
- When the cooking time ends, a beep will sound, and the oven will switch off. The 'A' symbol will blink. Press any key for over 3 seconds to silence the beep.
- Turn the oven function and temperature knobs to 'off'.
Automatic Switch-Off According to End Time
The oven will automatically switch off when the set end time is reached. The oven functions at the preset temperature and function until the set end time.
- Press the clock button repeatedly until 'End' appears.
- Set the desired end time using [+] or [-] (max 10 hours). Hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the clock button again to confirm.
- Set the oven function and temperature. The 'A' (auto) symbol and will light up.
- When the end time is reached, a beep will sound, and the oven will switch off. The 'A' symbol will blink. Press any key for over 3 seconds to silence the beep.
- Turn the oven function and temperature knobs to 'off'.
Completely Automatic On and Off Function
Set both the cooking time and the desired end time. The oven will automatically switch on and off at the preset temperature and oven function.
- Example: Current time 15:30. Cooking time 2 hours 15 minutes. Dish ready by 20:30. Oven starts at 18:15 (20:30 - 2h 15m) and finishes at 20:30.
- Press the clock button repeatedly until 'Dur' appears.
- Set the cooking time using [+] or [-] (max 10 hours). Hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the clock button again to confirm. The 'A' (auto) symbol and will light up.
- Press the clock button repeatedly until 'End' appears.
- Set the desired end time using [+] or [-] (max 10 hours). Hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the clock button again to confirm. The 'A' symbol will light up. The symbol will disappear until the oven switches on.
- Set the oven function and temperature.
- At the end of the process, a beep will sound, and the oven will switch off. The 'A' symbol will blink. Press any key for over 3 seconds to silence the beep.
- Turn the oven function and temperature knobs to 'off'.
- Note: If the fully automatic program is set, the time cannot be adjusted. Doing so cancels the function, requiring a reset.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Switch off the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning. Do not use a pressure cleaner or steam cleaner.
Interior
- Clean the inside after each use with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, an oven spray may be used. Rinse well and dry with a dry cloth.
Accessories
- Clean accessories like the baking tray and rack with warm water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly before reuse.
Exterior
- Clean the exterior with a damp cloth or sponge. Use warm water and mild detergent if necessary. Clean the oven door and door seal thoroughly.
Tips for Cleaning
- Clean the oven after each use to prevent food residue from staining.
- Grease is best removed when the oven is slightly warm. Use warm water and mild detergent.
- For stubborn stains, use a special oven cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove cleaning agent residue.
- Never use abrasive pads or corrosive cleaners.
- When using oven spray, avoid spraying the heating elements.
Removing and Installing the Oven Door
The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning of the interior and the door.
- To Remove: Open the door completely. Lift the two levers at the hinges (use a screwdriver if needed). Carefully close the door to the first stop caused by the levers. Lift the door upwards and outwards to remove it.
- To Install: Place the hinges into their mountings, ensuring the door is straight. Lower the levers back into place. Close the oven door.
Replacing the Oven Lamp
Before proceeding, disconnect the appliance from the power supply to avoid electric shock.
- Unscrew the glass cover of the lamp.
- Replace the bulb with a new, equivalent bulb (25W, 220-240V, T300°C halogen lamp).
- Refit the glass cover.
- Plug the appliance back in.

Installation Instructions
Safety during use is guaranteed only if the installation is technically correct and complies with these instructions. The installer is responsible for any damage caused by faulty installation.
- The electrical connection must be made by a qualified electrician aware of national and local regulations.
- The appliance falls under protection class III and must be used with a grounded connection. The manufacturer is not liable for malfunctions or damage due to incorrect electrical installations.
- The appliance must be connected to a fixed installation with means for disconnection, installed according to instructions.
- The connection cable must hang freely, not be pinched, or run along sharp edges. It must be positioned so it does not touch hot parts of the oven.
- The connection point, wall socket, and/or plug must always be accessible.
- The cabinet housing the oven must be heat-resistant (>100°C) and securely mounted, e.g., by screwing it to adjoining elements.
- Damage from incorrect connection, use, or fitting voids the warranty.
- Any changes to the appliance's interior, including fitting and changing the power cable, must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Installation Dimensions
The dimensions for the cutout are shown in mm in the following diagrams.
Electrical Connection:
- Ensure your home's voltage matches the appliance's rating plate voltage.
- Circuit breakers in the meter must be rated at least 16 Amps each. The connection cable must have a cross-section of at least 2.5mm² and a length of at least 1.5m. If the cable is too short, you cannot connect the oven and place it against the wall before plugging it in.
Fitting the Appliance:
- Check that the cabinet and cutout meet dimension and ventilation requirements.
- Slide the oven into the cabinet, ensuring the housing does not contact cabinet walls. Maintain at least 2mm clearance. Ensure the oven is centered. Note: Ensure the cable is not pinched and does not lie on top of the oven.
- Open the oven door.
- Use the provided screws to fasten the oven to the cabinet, being careful not to overtighten and break the spacer.
- Close the oven door and plug in the appliance. The oven is now ready for use.

General Service and Warranty Conditions
2-Year Full Manufacturer's Warranty
- Inventum provides a 2-year full manufacturer's warranty on all products. Faulty products or parts are exchanged free of charge for a new one within this period. To claim, return the product to the shop or contact Inventum customer service via www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag.
- The warranty period starts from the purchase date.
- A copy of the original receipt is required for warranty claims.
- The warranty applies only to normal domestic use within the Netherlands.
5-Year Inventum Warranty
- Inventum offers a 5-year warranty on most large domestic appliances and selected small domestic appliances. This includes the 2-year manufacturer's warranty plus an additional 3-year warranty. To qualify for the extended warranty, register the product within 45 days of purchase.
- During the first 2 years, faulty products or parts are exchanged free of charge. For the 3rd to 5th year, only exchange costs apply. Current costs are listed at www.inventum.eu/omruilkosten.
- To claim, return the product to the shop or contact Inventum customer service via www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag.
- The 5-year warranty period starts from the purchase date.
- A copy of the original receipt is required for warranty claims.
- The warranty applies only to normal domestic use within the Netherlands.
Product Registration
- The 3-year extended warranty can be obtained easily and free of charge by registering the product within 45 days of purchase at www.inventum.eu/garantieregistratie. If not registered within 45 days, registration is possible up to 2 years after purchase with a fee (€89 per product). This applies only to products eligible for the 5-year Inventum warranty.
- The warranty period always starts from the original purchase date, even if registration occurs later.
- A copy of the original receipt and the Inventum 5-year warranty certificate are required for the 3-year extended warranty.
Large Domestic Appliances
- Breakdowns or faults can be reported via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag, by phone, or at the store of purchase.
- Inventum may send a service engineer for inspection and repair onsite in the Netherlands, or decide to exchange the appliance.
- For the first 2 years from purchase, Inventum covers all costs for exchange, call-out, parts, and labor.
- If the product is registered and a fault occurs between the 3rd and 5th year, the 5-year warranty applies, covering repair or exchange free of charge (only exchange costs apply). If not registered, the extended warranty is void.
- A service engineer will contact the customer within 1 working day to schedule an appointment.
- Progress updates are provided via mobile messages and email.
- The warranty period starts from the purchase date.
- A copy of the original receipt and the Inventum 5-year warranty certificate are required.
- The warranty applies only to normal domestic use within the Netherlands.
Breakdowns or Faults Outside the Warranty Period
- Report breakdowns or faults outside the warranty period to customer service via www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag or by phone.
- Customer service may request the product for inspection or repair; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- An inspection fee applies, requiring prior customer consent.
- For large domestic appliances, Inventum can send a service engineer upon request, charging call-out costs, parts, and labor.
- Repair costs must be paid in advance. For repairs by a service engineer, payment can be made onsite, preferably via PIN.
Warranty Exclusions
- The following are excluded from warranties: normal wear and tear, improper use, insufficient maintenance, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs or parts, commercial use, and removal of the serial/rating label.
- The warranty also excludes normal consumables like dough hooks, baking tins, filters, batteries, bulbs, cables, glass accessories, and similar items.
- Transport damage not caused by Inventum is excluded. Report any damage within 5 working days of purchase to the store or Inventum customer service. Inventum is not liable for unreported transport damage.
- Faults, loss, or damage resulting from events typically covered by home contents insurance are excluded.
Important to Know
- Replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty period.
- Replaced parts, packaging, and exchanged appliances become Inventum's property.
- Costs arising from unfounded complaints are borne by the customer.
- After the warranty period expires, all costs for repair or replacement (including administration, dispatch, and call-out fees) will be charged to the customer.
- Inventum is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Inventum is not liable for damage caused by external events, unless mandated by statutory provisions.
- These warranty and service provisions are governed by Dutch law, with disputes settled by the competent Dutch court.
