Getting Started
Starting the Electric Scooter
- Press the power switch to turn on the electric scooter; you will hear a sound. (Tips: Wear protective gear such as a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads before riding.)
- Hold both ends of the handlebars with both hands. Place your weaker leg on the electric scooter and push off the ground with the other leg to move forward.
- When the electric scooter is moving forward, place your other foot on the platform. Once both feet are stable, gently press the thumb accelerator.
- When turning, slightly lean your body's center of gravity towards the direction of the turn and gently turn the handlebars.
Stopping the Electric Scooter
There are three ways to brake:
- Release the thumb accelerator; the kinetic energy recovery system will help you brake automatically.
- Press and hold the red brake lever for faster braking.
- Step on the rear fender brake.
Suggestion: Practice braking in open, obstacle-free areas at different speeds, and then ride near them.
Folding Steps
Folding the Scooter

Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage of the Electric Scooter:
- If the electric scooter's body surface is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of clean water.
- For stubborn stains, you can use a toothbrush with toothpaste and brush several times. Then, wipe with a damp cloth.
- If the plastic parts of the electric scooter's body are scratched, they can be polished with sandpaper or other abrasive materials. (Tips: Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other chemical solvents, corrosive, and volatile cleaners. Otherwise, the appearance and internal structure of the electric scooter will be severely damaged).
- Using a pressure washer to clean the electric scooter is prohibited.
- Before cleaning, ensure the electric scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber cover of the charging port is securely closed. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or serious malfunction due to water ingress.
- When not in use, store the electric scooter in a dry and cool place.
- Avoid storing it outdoors for extended periods. Exposure to sun, overheating, and low temperatures will accelerate tire wear and aging, and shorten battery life and condition.
Battery Maintenance:
- Do not use batteries of other models or brands, as this may pose safety risks.
- Do not touch the battery contacts, disassemble, or puncture the casing. Touching battery contacts with metal objects can cause short circuits, battery damage, or injury.
- Use only the original charger to charge the battery. Otherwise, there is a risk of damage or fire.
- Improper disposal of used batteries can severely pollute the environment. Please follow local regulations when disposing of the battery. Do not throw the battery in the trash to protect the environment.
- Fully charge the battery and store it after each use to prolong its lifespan. Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 50°C or below -20°C (e.g., in summer, do not place the electric scooter or its battery in a car exposed to the sun). Do not put the battery in fire, as it may cause the battery to fail, overheat, or even cause a fire. If the electric scooter is not used for more than 30 days, first charge it fully, store it in a cool, dry place, and then fully charge it every 60 days. Otherwise, the battery may be damaged. In such cases, the battery will not be covered by the warranty. Avoid recharging the battery when it is completely depleted and try to use the battery after each ride whenever possible, as this can significantly extend the battery's lifespan. Furthermore, when the battery is used at room temperature, it can provide a longer range and high performance; however, if used in an environment below 0°C, the battery's lifespan and performance will decrease. Generally, at a normal temperature of 20°C, the range may be half or less than at normal temperature. When the temperature rises, the range will be restored.
- Tips: A fully charged electric scooter will deplete its stored energy after approximately 120-180 days of standby. There is an intelligent chip inside the battery to record its charge and discharge status. If the battery has not been charged for a long time, it may not be able to recharge normally. Therefore, if the battery is not charged in time, it is likely to over-discharge and suffer permanent damage. This type of damage is not covered by the warranty. (Note: Unauthorized persons are prohibited from disassembling the battery at will, as serious accidents caused by electric shock or short circuits may occur).
