How to find the FCC ID number?
For smartphone users: Open the Vasco Connect app.
For Vasco V4 translator users: Enter 'Earbuds' view.
Ways to find the FCC ID number
Method 1: Using the Information Icon
Tap the information icon ?. You can access it when you don't have any earbuds paired yet. Check the screen below.

The screen displays the VASCO logo at the top. To the right is an information icon ?. A graphic of a single earbud is shown, with speech bubbles containing "Hello!", "Cześć!", and "Hola!". Below this, the status reads "Waiting for the Vasco earbuds to pair up...". Instructions state: "Make sure they are not paired with another device. If needed, reset them by pressing both volume buttons." A call to action suggests: "You don't have them at all? Be sure to check them out at our Vasco store." A button labeled "How does it work?" is also visible.
Method 2: Using the Settings Menu
Tap the Settings drop-down menu ⚙️ and then choose the FCC ID panel. This option is available when you have already paired Vasco Translator E1. Check the screens below.

The screen shows the VASCO logo. In the top right are a bookmark icon ? and a three-dots icon ⋮. The "ACTIVE" section lists "Moja słuc" (My earbuds) with language "Polish" and details on volume and battery. A headphone icon ? represents the "Vasco Earbud". Text prompts "Can't see your earbud? Reset it" with a reset link. A button labeled "Go to conversation" is present.
When the Settings drop-down menu is accessed, the "FCC ID" panel is selected. This panel displays the "FCC ID: 2A6YY-E1". An "Ok" button is available to dismiss this information. The rest of the screen elements remain similar.
Alternative Location
The FCC ID number can also be found on the back of the giftbox, as shown in the picture:
